Activities at Finlay Park We have a huge range of activities for 8 to 88 year olds, from the mundane to the adrenaline rush you need. Finlay Park activities are available to the groups who are booked into Finlay Park and the Village. Depending on date and time they can be available to groups not booked in at Finlay Park in certain circumstances. All activities need to be booked well in advance. When you book your camp at Finlay Park we can help you create a program that suits your group's needs. We will also provide you with all the health and safety information you might need, templates (parent helper sign up, Transport SOP s, participant disclosure and sign up, duty rosters, etc.). Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to come and enjoy this amazing place. A unique experience where you can admire creation at its best. We take 35 people max, and we leave 30 minutes after sunset. Hydro slide A steep and fast flowing slide into the lake. A must do for every camp, and a great spectator event. Slide, water Togs, or wet suits in the colder months Kayaking ( instructed) Learn the kayak basics, some great games and have a fun time on the lake with your group. This is ideal for schools and the session can be altered to your group's personal needs Qualified instructor, kayaks, paddles, life jackets Togs, wet suit if cold, rain coat or other form of wind breaker Paddle boarding (instructed) Extremely popular new activity. Great for teaching water confidence, balance and just having a great time on the water with your group. Rafting Great team building activity, where teams of 5 work together constructing a raft that will carry them across the lake back to camp. The Rocket Enjoyed by all ages an activity that requires a minimal amount of skill and is so much fun. 8 people seated on an inflatable rocket are towed behind a ski boat across the lake.
