Murphy Road Canopy preservation 5 endangered species- blanding turtle, whipperwhil, bobblelink, loggerhead shrike frequent inspections by a licenced biologists, signage installing eco passage on Rattie rd. as a mitigation factor MNRF have signed off on mitigation plans. - funding two education streams as part of loggerhead shrike education Renewable Energy Approval from the Ministry of Energy. FURTHER THAT BluEarth Renewables confirm that in the event that there is any service disruption to the internet services as a result of the Loyalist Solar Project, BluEarth will cover costs and execute an amendment to the Road Use Agreement confirming their willingness to correct the problem. FURTHER THAT Council for the Stone Mills Township accept and endorse the Schedule F - The Transmission Line route as presented and direct the Reeve and C.A.O to execute the agreement with BluEarth.
