Depuy Ciy Manager Marlon Brown came before he Commission and saed ha he anicipaion is Saff will no be precluded from considering any inerim improvemens o Gulfsream Avenue and Fruiville Road since raffic congesion leaving S. Armands Circle is sill an issue. Commissioner Turner saed ha Saff is no precluded from considering any inerim road improvemens.
