6 Project Goals MPO and City of Kissimmee want to coordinate the development of a future vision for Central Avenue that establishes a multimodal approach to providing for future transportation needs. Community-based evaluation to determine how best to meet the needs of current and future users. Establish a long-term plan to guide evolution of the corridor that appropriately correlates the balance between land use and transportation planning. 6
