We priritize by prductin start date, s please ensure we receive accurate and up t date Prductin Schedules Wear Tests shuld be sent immediately after fit apprval Please nte 3 rd party inspectin cmpanies will have visibility t the spec nce it has been mved t apprve fr prductin fr use during audits. It is the expectatin that all frms f cmmunicatin (threaded messaging, email, phne, etc.) shuld be respnded t within 24 hurs f receipt. Technical Design Sample Prcess: New Styles Once a style has been accepted and set up in OnePLM, PD will pass the cunter sample if available t TD. We will fit and send cmments via threaded messaging in OnePLM. The first base fit sample needs t be sent within 2 weeks t the attentin f the TD team, reflecting revisins requested frm cunter fit. If yu are unable t send within tw weeks, please advise when we can expect the sample thrugh threaded messaging. A sample f each upper material is required (if applicable). If there is n sample t cunter fit, r the sample is nt fittable, the PD team will let the TD team knw fit is ready t be released, and they will create a fit eval with the cunter sample page in Nt Evaluated status. Base fit samples are still required within tw weeks f Fit Eval release. Multiple Materials-ways When multiple upper materials n the same style are used, fit samples are required in each different material way and fit evaluatin pages will be initiated separately. I.E if a pump is bught in suede and in patent, fit cmments will be psted separately. The fit evaluatin page will be created using the frmat STYLE/MATERIAL-WAY (ex. BRANDIPU and BRANDITEXTILE.) Carry-ver Styles Cntinuus Prductin When a style is being carried ver int the next seasn, new POs are issued fr additinal prductin. A base size fit sample is nt required. A fit sample may be requested frm the technical designer if that style had gne thrugh multiple fit runds r there were cncerns thrugh the wear test r nline cmments. If there are any change (ex. Change t fam in sck, r new factry) new fit samples are required. Break in Prductin When a style is being carried ver int the next seasn, r frm ne year t the next (ex. Spring 17 t Spring 18) new POs are issued fr additinal prductin but there was a break in prductin. A base size fit sample is required representing that prductin and must be sent t the attentin f the TD team in ne clrway f each upper material (if applicable). This is t ensure that carry-ver prductin fit is still the same as the riginal apprved base size fit. If a style is ging t be prduced with a textile r "flcked" utsle, then the fit samples submitted t KOHL'S Technical Design als need t be made with the same textile r "flcked" utsle. If the textile r "flcked" utsle is nt available fr the fit samples, it will need t be nted in the cmments sectin f the sample tag. If there are any changes t the prduct after fit apprval (PD/Agent driven, aesthetic, r factry changes fr example), new fit samples are required *Nte that at any time the TD team can request an extreme size fit sample based n previus fit cmments indicating the need t review the grading, r due t negative custmer cmments. POM Last vs. Actual Sample Measurements: All vendrs need t fllw the belw instructins (als listed in the OnePLM Jb Aide) when entering the Last vs. Actual sample measurements. All measurements shuld be dne AFTER fit is apprved POM Measurements must be entered/cmpleted with the tech spec, and are due 30 days befre the first XF 1. Page 1 is the ACTUAL measurements f the fit sample, bth inside and utside measurements f the sample. This page is cmpleted after the fit sample is apprved. 2. Prductin Tracking Reprts: Prductin Reprts are required mnthly, and shuld include all styles with active purchase rders. They allw the TD team t ensure all fit and wear tests are being dne in time fr prductin. Als included in the Prductin Tracking reprt is Tech Spec tracking. Tech specs shuld be cmpleted 30 days prir t XF. Please mark n the Prductin reprt when they are cmplete fr the style/material. Custmer Reviews: T create a mre cllabrative partnership, we will be sharing a reprt f custmer reviews and prduct flaws n a quarterly basis. The gal is t be mre infrmed n fit issues and wrk t crrect them n future styles. Please review and share with yur factries. In-Stre Quality Check: In-Stre Quality Checks will be cmpleted by Prduct Develpment, Technical Design and/r Quality Assurance as needed. Fit Iteratin: The technical team reviews the fit iteratin at the end f each seasn brken dwn by agent and factry. These will be reviewed with yur team in Asia r at the same time as Vendr Screcard review. Vendr Screcard: A Ftwear Private Label Screcard will be cmpleted at least twice a year.
