Judges will be seated on the North side of the arena. Horses will enter on the East end. Cattle enter on the West end. The first fence turn will be to the right. (For reference the Sale Arena is to the West) REQUIRED HEALTH DOCUMENTS To comply with state animal health regulations, all out of state horses will require a negative Coggins (Equine Infectious Anemia) dated within 12 months and a health certificate dated within 30 days. All Out of State horses must have their health certificates and Coggins papers checked as you check into the show office. SHOW OFFICE HOURS The show office will be open 8am 5pm on move in days. The show office will open at 7am on show days and close after the last class ends. The show office will NOT be open on Sunday, Feb. 22. MOVE IN - Horses may move in Thursday, February 11 th starting at 8am. Due to the facility schedule, this move in date will be strictly enforced. No horses are permitted on the grounds prior to this date. We reserve the right to charge for horses on the grounds prior to Thursday, February 11 th. MOVE OUT Move out must be completed by Midnight, Sunday February 22nd. You have all day Sunday to move out. PAID PARKING FACILITY The Will Rogers Memorial Center is a paid parking facility. All vehicles and trailers on the WRMC will be required to pay to park in all facility lots. All parking is payable per

day/per space. Vehicle parking is $5.75/day. Trailer parking is $3.45/day. To purchase a parking pass, go to www.culturaldistrictparking.com after Feb 9 or purchase one as you enter the facility. TRAILER PARKING All trailers must be parked in the designated lot. Cost is $3.45/day. You will purchase a pass when you get your parking pass. RV HOOK UPS Limited space is available. Spaces are available first come first serve and are handled by the Will Rogers Memorial Center. We are unable to reserve spaces. More information is coming soon (prices, locations, types of hookups). PAYMENT INFORMATION - You will need to bring one open check or credit card to Horse Show Office when checking in. In the event that no charges are incurred during the event, your check will be returned to you. Any practice pen charges will be added to your show tab, separate payment will no longer be taken at the practice pen. STALLS The deadline to order stalls is January 14th. Stalls will cost $225 and need to be ordered by January 14 th. Any stalls ordered after January 14 th are not guaranteed placement with their stalling group. There is no pre-bed. The stalls are 10 x10 galvanized steel stalls. They have solid walls between them. The floor of the stall is asphalt. Panels in the stalls may not be removed. Stalls will be located in the Richardson-Bass and Burnett. A stall list will be posted online on the NRCHA website approximately one week before move in. Please verify your stall count is correct and contact the office with any corrections. This online stall chart is not final until it is listed as the final chart (usually one day before move in). Cancelled stalls need to be verified by the NRCHA office for a refund. When you check in to the show office on arrival, notify the office of any cancelled stalls. You will be charged for any stalls you did not have the office verify. DAY FEES If you haul in and are working out of your trailer and don t need a stall, there is a day fee of $25 per day, per horse. This does not include your parking. BEDDING Bedding is not included in the stall fee and must be purchased from the WRMC Shavings Office located in the Moncrief Building (No outside bedding allowed). You will need a separate payment for bedding once you get on the grounds. If you wish to pre-order bedding to expedite move-in, please contact the NRCHA office by January 14. You may pay the NRCHA for pre-bed only. We cannot take pre-bed orders after January 25th and you will need to purchase bedding at the facility upon arrival. The shavings office is open from 8am to 4pm daily, so please plan accordingly. The cost for shavings is $6.50 per small bag (3.5 cubic feet, loose packed, smaller flake) and $12.00 per large bag (10 cubic feet, compressed, larger flake). HAY The facility does not sell hay. There will be a few vendors on site selling hay. STALL MAT RENTAL Elite Stall Mat Rentals can provide high quality interlocking mats. The mats should be ordered prior to the show to ensure delivery prior to your arrival. Cost is $110 per stall. Go to www.stallmatrentals.com to order. To speak to a representative, call 855-MATS-200. The NRCHA will provide a stall chart to Elite Stall Mat Rentals for them to locate your stall. PRACTICE PEN A practice pen schedule will be posted at the show. It will be run as a Priority Works pen the same day the class shows. Other works can be worked in after the priority works for that set have completed. You will no longer need separate payment for the practice pen. Herd practices start at 6am and are priced at $65. Fence practices start at 6am and are priced at $45.

WARM UP ARENAS The Multipurpose Building will have two riding areas available under cover. The John Justin Arena will also have controlled practice when scheduled events have ended. There is also a covered arena located just outside the Justin arena. ENTRY INFORMATION All entries and stall reservations are due January 14, 2016. All entries must be paid in full to be included in the draw. This is an in-office deadline. You can mail, fax or email your completed entries to the NRCHA office. We will not process your entry without a form of payment! You have several options for payment: You may include a check with your entry form for the full amount. You may include credit card information for us to charge your card. Please be aware that there is a 3.5% processing fee on credit cards. You MUST include all information requested in order for us to process your card. You may include credit card information to process your entry but then replace that with a check once you arrive at the grounds. Please be aware that if you scratch your entry, we reserve the right to charge your card for any fees due. An entry verification list will be posted on the NRCHA website approximately one week before the draw. Please be sure to check your entries. LATE FEES - Late fees will be charged to any entry received after the due date. Late fees are not charged when adding classes or divisions to the original entry that was on time, for that horse. DRAW DATES The draw date for the World Show Championship prelims, Derby and World s Greatest Horseman prelims will be February 2, 2016. The draws will be posted to nrcha.com on the evening of the 2nd. TICKETED EVENTS The World s Greatest Horseman Finals will be a ticketed event. Two exhibitor passes, per horse, will be given to exhibitors for entry to the World s Greatest Horseman Finals. Additional passes can be purchased from the box office on the day of the event or online in advance. The Year End Banquet tickets will be on sale until 2pm on February 15 th. Banquet tickets can be purchased at the show office for $25. The banquet will be held on Friday, February 19 th at 8pm. Location: TBD. DOGS All dogs must be on a leash at all times when on the show grounds. Absolutely no dogs are allowed in the John Justin Arena or Will Rogers Coliseum (except during a dog related scheduled event). Dogs running free will be removed from the grounds and impounded by the city. SIGNS, POSTERS & FLIERS - There are blue boards throughout each barn that are open to public ads/display information. (Products, horse for sale, etc.) No tape may be used on painted surfaces. Please use the non-stick command strips or sticky tack that does not damage walls. Thumb tacks are acceptable. Do not post to walls or doors in the facility! VIDEO: Immediately following your run, you are able to view your run on the replay monitor at no charge. The reply monitor will be located close to the point where you exit the pen. Owners and riders may also visit Equine Promotion s booth at any time to watch video of the run at no charge. If you wish to watch a run of another horse that you do not own or are not the rider, there will be a small charge to do so. Equine Promotion s booth is located on the concourse in Justin Arena. Videos may be purchased and available to you via YouTube, a USB drive and/or downloaded to your mobile device.

PHOTOS: Award photos will not be taken in the arena. A photo area will be set up in the Burnett Building. Primo Morales s booth is set up in the Blue Room in the Burnett Building across from the Shavings Office. You are welcome to bring your awards as well as friends and family for group photos. 5% of photo sales from the horse show are kicked back to the NRCHA Youth Association. Classes offered at the Celebration of Champions C of C Derby Information, Rules and Guidelines Added money: $43,600 This is a derby for 4 and 5 year olds to be shown in a snaffle or hackamore. Horses may not switch headgear within the competition. In the Non Pro Limited Derby, 6 year olds may be shown in a snaffle only. Open entries are automatically entered into all Open divisions for which they are eligible (Intermediate Open, Limited Open, Level One Limited Open). Open Money will be paid out 72% Open, 15% Intermediate Open, 8% Limited Open, 5% Level One Limited Open. 75% of entry fee goes to Pay Out. The $5K Novice Horse class will run concurrent with the Open division, but those entering the $5K Novice Horse class do not need to enter the Open Division. There are no finals for Level One Ltd Open or Novice Horse. Non Pro entries are automatically entered into all Non Pro divisions for which they are eligible (Intermediate Non Pro and Novice Non Pro only). Non Pro Money will be paid out 65% Non Pro, 25% Int. Non Pro, 10% Nov. Non Pro. 70% of entry fee goes to Pay Out. Those entering the $7500 Amateur Division do NOT need to be entered in the Non Pro Division. The Non Pro Limited division follows the same rules as the Horse Show Non Pro Limited eligibility (see Rule 10.4.12). There will be no finals for the Amateur or Non Pro Limited. The NRCHA Rule Book contains the rules for Limited Aged Events and the NRCHA Celebration of Champions Derby and will be followed as printed. Both owner and rider must be current 2016 NRCHA members. There will be a $100 Finals fee for those making the Fence Work Only Finals. Horses that make it back in multiple divisions will only pay one finals fee if concurrent. Entries are not valid without payment in full. Limited Age Event scratches made before the entry deadline receive a full refund. Limited Age Event scratches after the entry deadline, but before the draw date, will be refunded the cattle, video and NRCHA fees. The entry fee will be retained by the NRCHA. Limited Age Event scratches after the draw date will only be refunded the video and NRCHA fees. World s Greatest Horseman Information, Rules and Guidelines Added money: $50,000 Open to all breeds of horses of all ages regardless of show history. Horses must be shown in a bridle. This contest will consist of four go-rounds: herd work, reined work, steer stopping and cow work. This contest will only have an Open division. Entry fee for 2016 is $2500. 30% is retained by the NRCHA. All payments made on or before the due date are final. In a Category 1 Special Event, if entry payment is postmarked on or before the due date, the payment only may be refunded if written entry cancellation is received by the NRCHA office on or before the due date. Scratches made before the entry deadline receive a full refund. Scratches after the entry deadline but before the draw date will be refunded the cattle, video and NRCHA fees. The entry fee will be retained by the NRCHA. Scratches after the draw date will only be refunded the video and NRCHA fee.

Late entries will be accepted with a late entry penalty (25% of the entry fee) until noon the day before the class starts. Horses will be shown in the same bridle throughout all phases. No tie downs are allowed. No wire, chain or other metal or rawhide device may be used in conjunction with the bit or a part of the leather chin strap. Leather chin strap must be flat, flexible and at least 1/2 inch wide. No metal rivets are allowed to come in contact with the chin, or chin groove of the horse. Metal keepers are not acceptable on the chin strap. The traditional romal must be used. With romal reins, hand is to be around the reins in a closed fist thumbs up position with no fingers between the reins. In the herd work only, romal reins can be held on one hand. Roping reins are optional in the Steer Stopping. The bit must conform to the NRCHA bit rules. Bits will be checked after each go-round. A score of zero will be given for bloody mouth (inside) on the horse. A rider may show only one horse. An owner may enter more than one horse provided there is a different rider for each entry. Horse and rider must compete in all four go-rounds to qualify for go-round money unless the horse or rider is physically unable to compete. There will be 10 finalists that will compete in the finals the last day of the contest. Finalists start with a clean slate, and must pay a $350 finals fee. If a tie advances more than the specified amount of finalists to be paid, the payout will be adjusted according to the number of horses in the finals, but the total payout will not change. NRCHA Rules and Regulations will apply in all other instances. World Championship Information, Rules and Guidelines Added money: $54,500 The NRCHA World Championship classes are Invitation Only. You may enter if you received an invitation in the mail. Qualifiers must be in the Top 20 in their Region and must have shown at least 3 times and earned at least ½ point or AQHA World Show Finalist. Horse show class scratches made before the draw will receive a full refund. Horse show class scratches after the draw date will only be refunded the video and NRCHA fees. The top ten from the prelims will advance to the finals. There is no finals fee. If there are 10 or fewer entries in a class, there will be no prelim. (Finals only) The 2015 World Championships will pay all places in the finals. The payout will follow rule 7.2 based on the number of horses in the prelims. The remaining finalists will receive a finalist check.
