Three ribbons each AA and Jr/YR in open classes. 2) For the Centerline Events CDI classes, eight ribbons will be awarded and a trophy for 1 st place winner. A mandatory mounted award ceremony for the top three places. For the small, AM and large tours, stipend points will be awarded for each rider according to their placing and the number in the class. Am verification must be included with entry. 3) East Coast Riders Cup Champion and Reserve Champion and ribbons to six places to the highest combined scores of the two rides for each division. Tests may be read. Whips are allowed. Score must be 58% or better. MFS or YH Tests do not count. See website for details, www.centerlineevents.com. 7) Jamie Rudolph Memorial Award Highest Scoring Fourth Level and above with rider 18-28 yrs old. Score from Fri and Sat only. Please note eligible on your entry. 8) Mitchell Retirement Farm Senior Horse Award For Horses 18 and older, score from Fri & Sat, level and age are considerations. 9) Lynn Anger Award given to a groom whose horses and stabling areas are well maintained. All entries MUST submit applicable USEF and USDF documents for rider, owner, trainer and horse, a negative Coggins dated within 12 months of show, a drug fee, and non-refundable office fee. A documentation of EIV and EHV vaccinations according to GR845 with the signed HITS Health Form (www.centerlineevents.com) must be presented at check in. Please include USEF Show Pass and/or USDF non-member fee if applicable. All entries must have three signatures including emergency info. Checks payable to Centerline Events or fill out Credit Card info on the entry form. Mastercard and Visa only. Entries can be mailed, faxed, emailed or online via www.horseshowoffice.com. Faxed, emailed or online entries are only accepted with CC as payment. Post entries will be accepted to fill scratches with a $50 post entry fee on www.horseshowoffice.com. Completed entries will be processed in the order they are received. Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing, email, or fax before the closing date less office fee. All refund will be done after the show. Unconditionally, no refunds after closing date or for acts of god which require management to cancel classes or day(s) of competition, and will be considered a donation to the beneficiary. You may receive a receipt for your donation if requested in the show office. Any unused USEF or USDF fees will be refunded after any indebtedness is settled. Times: Times will be on the website, www.centerlineevents.com, at least one week prior to the competition. Times for sound checks will be posted at the office, and CDs must be in.mp3 or.wav formats. Stabling: Permanent stalls 12 x12 (minimum) with full doors is $200 for duration for open show. CDI (12x14) stabling fee is $225. No initial bedding. Please note your stabling group on your entry. No refunds on stabling after closing. May arrive on Wednesday after 1 pm, must vacate by 7pm Sunday. Earlier arrivals and later departures must get permission from management and $50/night fee. Non-CDI horses ridden by CDI riders may request to be stabled with their CDI horse at $225 and non-cdi riders may request to stable their horse(s) with CDI horses at $275. In both cases only if space permits and must have all the health/vaccinations certificates for FEI Vet Examination. Bedding is $8.bag ordered before 8/12 and $10/bag at the show. Bear right at Y intersection to County Rt 34 and go 0.1 mi to 4-way stop. Turn right onto Malden Turnpike/County Rt 34. Go 1.6 mi to stop sign at intersection for Rt 9W. Turn right onto Rt 9W South. Go 0.4 mi to Krout Rd. Turn right onto Krout Rd Caution! This is a steep downhill grade. HITS will be on your left at the base of the hill. Turn in at Gate A. From the South: Take I-87 (NY State Thruway) to Exit 20 Saugerties. Turn left at traffic light after tollbooth. Immediately move into the right lane and bear right onto Rt 32 North. Follow directions from *. Maps available on www.hitsshows.com. Footing: All classes are scheduled in large (20m X 60m ) sand arenas. Sand warm up arenas. Separate Lunging area. Separate sand warm up for CDI horses. Entertainment: Food available on the grounds beginning 7am each day. Saturday Gala Evening starts at ringside of the Freestyles with Hor d oeuvres and wine. Once they are completed dinner (cash bar) will be served at the SteamBoat House in Saugerties. Steamboat was a huge success in 2017. Cost is $45/person or $340/table of 8. Include payment with entry for reservation.
