Classes designated as NRCHA are sanctioned by the National Reined Cow Horse Association and are subject to rules and guidelines as set forth by that governing body. As per NRCHA, for shows utilizing the single entry fee option, entry into the Open is always required when entering the Intermediate and/or Limited divisions of a LAE. Entry into the Non-Pro is required when entering the Intermediate Non-Pro division. Entries for NRCHA Futurity, Derby & Bridle Spectacular are due by September 7, 2017 at 6pm. Draws will be posted to the Working Western Celebration Facebook page and at show. All entries, stall reservations, cattle counts, and pre-bedding requests are due to the show secretary. All entries must include payment. Checks and credit cards are accepted. Please be aware there is a 3.5% processing fee on credit cards. Late fee of $100/entry will be charged to any entry received after the closing date of entries. Late fees are not charged for exhibitors to add classes to the original entry that was on time. Classes requiring a draw close at 5:00pm the evening prior to the class show day. The draws will be posted that night. All late entries will be added to bottom of draw. Show Office must be notified of scratches or horse will be assessed a $50 noshow penalty. There are no refunds for scratches. Adds, no-shows, failure to scratch, additional bedding or damage to stalls will be added to your show billing account Payback monies will be paid to designated responsible party as noted on entry form within 30 days of show closing in accordance with specific divisions. A SSN or tax ID number must be provided to Show Sect y in order to issue payback checks. Total available payback is split 30% for go-rounds and 70% for final composite placings. All empty horse trailers will be parked in the north parking lot unless used for camping purposes on Willow Island. Practice Pen- A Priority Works herd practice pen will be available on Friday and Saturday to run the same time as the show classes. Cost is $45/4 minutes. Other works can be worked in after the priority works for that set have completed. The herd practice pen is also available during cutting classes. NCHA Challenger Series Cutting Owner/Rider must be NCHA member and meet class qualifications to compete. In 2017 only, the Challenger Shows will offer new NCHA members, or former cutters whose membership has lapsed for more than one year, a free introductory membership to NCHA. Anyone showing in Non Pro/Amateur classes must complete application and pay the $20 fee. $2.00/entry will be assessed and paid to NCHA. Classes are jackpotted and paid by NCHA Schedule. Participation in jackpot is optional. Exhibitor may enter without participating in jackpot and still retain earned points. See NCHA website for more details.
