Southview s Sunshine Group Every year Southview Activities Director Cathy LaManna hosts a get together party to thank the Sunshine Group residents who volunteer their time to help out around Southview. Congrats to our Contest Winners! This issue s winners are Eagan Pointe Senior Living residents Roger and Kitty Johnson. They will receive a $30 Target gift card for thanking Residence Director Renee Belland-Wenda, Assistant Residence Director Mickey Hedeen and Maintenance staff member Jake Crandall for getting a problem within their apartment corrected promptly. They wrote: Thank you for all your help with our recent problem. We feel so lucky to have a team like yours when we need it. The Johnsons have lived at Eagan Pointe since September 2015. Roger is originally from South St. Paul, and Kitty is from West St. Paul. They moved to the Anoka/Coon Rapids area to work; Roger taught business and social studies, and Kitty worked as an RN in hospitals, family practice clinics, and school districts. They have three sons: one in Minnesota, one in Montana, and one in Ohio. They are all married and have given Roger and Kitty seven granddaughters. They love living at Eagan Pointe for multiple reasons: Location, Location, Location. They really like turnkey living; coming and going with no worries while they are away. Eagan Pointe is community living at its finest, they said. They have met many residents and enjoy their company, and the staff is so very helpful. Please consider writing a compliment to a staff member or resident and submitting it to the Residence Director. For each issue, we pick a random winner from all letters, emails, and memos submitted.
