PLATINUM LEVEL $15,000 Seekonk Speedway FAST FRIDAY Seekonk, MA Waterford Speedbowl Wacky Wednesday New London, CT 29 events held June - October All GOLD LEVEL benefits, plus We purchase a second brand new Bandolero race car to be raced weekly at Waterford Speedway, New London, CT, in addition to the Seekonk races Races weekly on Wednesday nights 14 additional races Car cost: $7500, includes new aluminum custom fit containment seat We become a TEAM (YOUR COMPANY NAME) race car! BOTH race cars receive a full custom YOUR COMPANY THEMED car wrap ($3000 for the 2 cars) and no other sponsors will be on the race car or T-Shirt except for YOU! PLATINUM LEVEL $15,000 Seekonk Speedway FAST FRIDAY Seekonk, MA Waterford Speedbowl Wacky Wednesday New London, CT 29 events held June - October The remaining funds are used to purchase racing tires, wheels, engine rebuilds (engine freshening typically is performed every couple of months to keep competitive, $500-$700 per engine), racing incidentals which include new body panels and the cost to re-wrap race car to keep it looking clean, neat and presentable for the entire racing season This will use a good portion of the funds, keeping both cars fresh, straight and fast Funds also used to pay for racing licenses, entry fees at race tracks, fuel expenses, tow vehicle maintenance, and tolls If any funds are left over at the end of the 2018 racing season, these funds will be carried forward for the following 2019 Race season. That remaining amount is deducted from the new sponsorship for the next race season Example: if $4000 is left over and your company wishes to stay at the same Platinum level of $15,000, the new amount due for that season would be $11,000 and your company remains at the Platinum status receiving those benefits We will keep a spreadsheet of all racing expenses and it will be available at any time for your record keeping
