Upon receipt of a written appeal, the Fair Board President and the Fair Secretary Manager will decide if it is an issue of Eligibility to Exhibit, or Other. Eligibility to Exhibit appeals will be turned over to the Elected Extension Council; all other appeals will be heard by the Fair Board.
