Extreme Performing Arts Policies & Procedures: Welcome to The EPAC Family! These policies have been developed to answer many of the frequently asked questions regarding our studio! Extreme encourages parent involvement by sending information out regularly by Remind 101 texts, Facebook, Instagram, our website, and occasional handouts. It is expected of the parent to keep up with your dancer`s schedule, events, and dates. Extreme does not offer makeup classes due to inclement weather, illness, or school functions, etc. During parent involvement week (Dec. 16 th -19 th for Recreational Classes) and (Nov. 18 th -21 st for Comp./Prep) we ask that parents observe discreetly and respectfully. Younger siblings may find it difficult to sit through an entire class, please consider making other arrangements for them. We want parents to observe their child s progress, offer encouragement, and praise for their accomplishments. Please label all belongings. The Lost & Found box is located at the receptionist desk. All lost items will be donated at the end of each month. The studio will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Keep all valuables at home to avoid the risk of lost or stolen items. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Policy for Payments: Methods of payments can be cash, check, credit/debit card. Auto draft & Credit/Debit card transactions will acquire a 3% convenience fee. Monthly fees are to be paid in full. If your account has any outstanding balances past the 21st of the month your dancer will not be able to practice, perform or compete in any Extreme engagements. There will be no refunds for missed classes. Any refunds will be situationally determined. If a refund is granted, there will be a $10.00 processing fee. You will not be receiving a monthly bill or statement for your monthly tuition. You will be notified if your account is overdue. All payments past the 10th of each month will acquire a $25.00 late fee There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all returned checks or declined credit/debit cards. If any of the account holder s information were to change within our auto draft system, it is your responsibility to notify Extreme. If you do not notify us five days before the draft day, you will still be responsible for the $25.00 processing fee. Our Auto draft policy requires a 30-day notice of cancellation. There will be no refunds if a request is not submitted. Arrival & Departure Policy: Our parking lot is designed to be conducive for dropping off and picking up. Please enter using the driveway closest to FM 1488 and exit the driveway closest Fish Creek Thoroughfare. Please do not drop your dancer off more than 10 minutes before their class time. Please be ON TIME when picking your dancer up after her class time. It is not Extremes responsibility to provide child care while in the lobby. Lobby Expectations: Please be considerate of other customers, as well as our students, while in the lobby of the studio. Please be courteous as dancers & instructors can hear loud noises from the lobby. Siblings of students need to be supervised AT ALL TIMES within the walls of Extreme. No running, yelling, dancing or tumbling. No playing with water fountain, toiletry items, vending machine, or Extreme merchandise. All dancer`s siblings under the age of 6 need to be accompanied to the restroom by a parent.
