Uniform Director Brian Fisher All of the new board member shirts have been ordered. I expect them on 8 4 or earlier All of the core and jamboree uniforms have been ordered. They will be delivered on 8 4. I have sent sample art for the coaches shirts to Curt. Once finalized I will order and shoot for 8 4 delivery. CVPA Jeannette Rossling 349 volunteers have registered. 288 have cleared background check, with 14 youth volunteers and 2 volunteers has failed their background check. The 31 volunteers who are pending their background checks are those who have not e- signed, used a short version or nickname for their first name, are in law enforcement/military/first responders or have a felony conviction that needs further investigation. 80 are new volunteers. Last year at this time we had 105 volunteers. Major issues with Blue Sombrero: A. New Volunteer Verification Form at the end of the Registration Form B. Certification and other CVPA reports on Blue Sombrero are not working correctly C. AYSO U is taking longer to receive Blue Sombrero login for volunteers to take Save Haven & CAT SAFE HAVEN MUST have been taken within the last two years by Section 10*. Concussion Awareness MUST be taken within the last two years by Section 10*. Concussion Awareness MUST be taken by all Coaches as of 1/1/17 California State Law. June 1, 2015 is the latest date for trainings to be valid.
