Attention 9th grade students: Do you love to write? Do you want to be a writer one day? Montgomery College Youth Programs is presenting "A Day of Writing with Authors" on Saturday, October 17, 2015. You will spend the day writing with traditionally published authors, and work on different types of writing. For more information, see your English teacher, or see Ms. Farmer in room B223.

The members of the Hispanic Helping Organization will be celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month from now until October 15th. Join them in the mixing bowl Friday for activities and prizes.
Attention all staff, the debate team needs your help. We are looking for help with judging county debate tournaments. The debates are held once a month at Blair High School. Each school has to provide at least one judge for every six students that are debating for our school. Our first debate is being held on September 30 th at Blair. Judges should report at 3:30. The judging lasts until about 7:30. You are paid a small fee for helping us out. Contact Ms. Young if you are interested in helping.

Girls Tennis team won 2 out of 7 games against Seneca Valley Although WMHS did not win all their games, All the girls on the team played GREAT. A BIG shout out to Nancy Gela and Jennifer Ha for winning their singles match.
