COYOTE CONCENTRATION KCYE(FM) CONTEST RULES These rules apply to (Name of Contest) Contest ( Contest ) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a KCYE(FM) ( Station ). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.1027thecoyote.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control. 1. HOW TO ENTER a. The Contest will begin on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 and end on Friday, March 22, 2019, or when all the prizes have been awarded, whichever occurs first. b. To participate in the Contest and enter on-air, listen to the Station weekdays beginning on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 and ending on Friday, March 22, 2019 between the hours of 7:00am Pacific Time ( PT ) and 5:00pm PT for the announcement of the cue to call. Upon hearing the cue to call, caller number seven (7) to the Station contest line at (702) 597-1027 will have the opportunity to win a prize by selecting two (2) numbers from one (1) to one hundred two (102) inclusively, each of those numbers corresponding to squares on the Coyote Concentration game board ( Game Board ). The Game Board is comprised of one hundred two (102) squares in total, numbered one (1) through one hundred two (102). The fifty-one (51) prizes are represented on the Game Board by two (2) designated squares that match, for a total of fifty-one (51) matches. The Contestant will be asked to select one (1) number (1-102) corresponding with one (1) square from the Game Board. The selected square corresponding to the number selected will then be turned over to reveal a picture associated with the selected square, which will then be disclosed on-air. The Contestant then will be asked to select one (1) additional number (1-102) corresponding with one (1) square from the Game Board from the Game Board in an attempt match to the first selected square. The selected square will then be turned over to reveal the picture associated with the selected square, which will then be disclosed on-air. If the Contestant selects two (2) squares that are a match, the Contestant will win the Prize that corresponds to those square. If the Contestant selects two (2) square that do not match, the Contestant will not win a Prize. Once a Contestant selects a square, that selection is final, and the Contestant may not change his or her selection, except that if a Contestant s first selection involves a square that was previously matched, the Contestant will be asked to make another selection until he or she reveals a square that has not been previously matched. If a Contestant s second selection involves a square that was previously matched, the Contestant will not be given another selection and will not receive a Prize. c. Station is not responsible for any failure of a caller to reach the Station contest line including but not limited to busy phone lines, misdirected calls, equipment breakdowns, or disconnections. Calls will only be accepted at the designated phone number. At the time of entrant s call, entrant will be required to provide all

information requested including entrant s full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers and date of birth in order to be eligible to win. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. In the event that the selected caller is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, the next eligible caller who successfully makes it through on the call-in line and completes the call will have the opportunity to be a Contestant. There is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call in to win, but a listener may be a winner only once. d. Listeners may download a Contest Game Board beginning Saturday, February 16, 2019 and ending on Friday, March 22, 2019 at www.1027thecoyote.com or visit a participating Tropical Smoothie location to receive a Game Board with five (5) revealed squares and which entrants may use to keep track of the squares as part of the Game described above. e. There will be up to a total of fifty-one (51) winners selected in the Contest. 2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in Clark County, Nevada, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, governmentissued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility. 3. PRIZES a. Up to fifty-one (51) prizes will be awarded in the Contest. The prizes will be awarded as described above and no substitutions will be permitted. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. If winner chooses to take the trip without a guest, s/he will be awarded the prize elements for one person only, and the remainder of the prize will be forfeited without compensation. Entrants must listen to the Station but do not need to be present to enter or win. d. Winner must confirm acceptance of prize within twenty-four (24) hours of winning, or risk disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting) onair at the sole discretion of the Station. e. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final. 5. CONDITIONS a.
