Need to Take a Trip? A very generous LPMS parent, who flies for Southwest Airlines, has donated a pair of round trip plane tickets to the PTO. We will be selling chances to win the two tickets during the month of September. The tickets will be valid to use for one year beginning on October 1, 2017. Suggested donation for an entry to win is $20/chance or $50/3 chances. Entries may be turned into the front office during any school day or the school store during lunch time. *PTO is hoping to raise enough money to provide funds for a new wall ball project the Gateway to Technology class is designing to enhance the outdoor area for recess, buy the dance classroom a new floor and provide funds for any other requests LPMS teachers make to the PTO. From the PTO Southwest Airlines Fundraiser! We are excited to announce the PTO has 2 round trip Southwest Airlines tickets to give away. A generous parent has donated the tickets to the PTO and we will be having a drawing at the end of September for a winner. Suggested donation for an entry to win is $20/chance or $50/3 chances. WOWZA! That means each ticket could cost $10 dollars if you bought just 1 chance and won! Please print the attached entry form below and return it to the LPMS office or at the School Store during lunch periods between 10:45am-12:30pm. Plane tickets will be valid for one year from October 1, 2017. PTO will be selling concessions during the home middle school football games. We will have a variety of nutritious and fun snacks and drinks. Most items will sell for between $.50-$1.50. We will begin selling when school ends and continue to sell until halftime is over. Come cheer on the football teams! Back by Popular Demand!! Starting on October 11, our next delayed start day, the PTO will be providing a pancake and sausage/bacon breakfast before school starts. The cost is $4 and the students who want to come must pay ahead and be on the list to be admitted. More details to follow in early October with instructions on how to RSVP. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ LPMS PTO Southwest Ticket Entry Parent Name: Parent Phone #: Parent Email: # of Chances: Amount Enclosed: Student: Grade/Team: *Please make checks payable to LPMS PTO* Thank you for supporting this beneficial fundraiser for our LPMS students!!!
