Indication of physical damage as might occur in transit or handling will not count against the contestant by the judge. D. Each entry must be accompanied by the recipe. Judging will be based on the Banner best depicting the theme: Country Tunes and Midway Blooms Banners must be 4 feet horizontal (width) and 6 feet vertical (length) finished size; see example below. To be made of fabric (i.e. burlap) and must have a means of displaying (For example a dowel or P.V.C. pipe through the top of the Banner). Banners will be displayed by hanging from the ceiling by the 4 ft. side. Any means of decorating will be acceptable.
