Rotary International has dedicated the month of August as a time for all clubs to recognize the importance of membership. In any organization, membership is the driving force to productivity & purpose. Beyond this, active membership is vital to the success of every club. Every person is equipped with innovative ideas and talents that can enhance our club. A strong Rotary Club is made up of diverse individuals coming together to achieve one common goal and that is to serve humanity. Rotarians, let us remember it is not about whether you ve served thirty years or three years. The important thing is that you have dedicated your time in the service of others. Let us ponder this during membership month, within this great organization of Rotary International. Rotarians at work at Basra swim & beach party
