Dear Coaches and AD s, Thank you for being part of our Spring Break Tournament. 30 teams are coming to ern Oregon this year. This is an excellent opportunity for all of us to enjoy a high level of competition while we prepare our teams for the upcoming seasons. Games will be scheduled every two hours. It is important to have your teams warmed up and ready to go right after the previous game is finished. At all fields there is space to warm up on the turf beyond the outfield fence. If you would like to schedule practice times for Sunday at US Cellular please contact the City of at (541) 774-2400. We schedule games in sessions to help alleviate potential issues and also attempt to make it so teams only need to stay two nights. Everyone would like to play late on Monday and early on Tuesday, but we are unable to accommodate all time requests. If there are any game conflicts (teams playing teams they already play in the non-conference), please email or call as soon as possible. We would like to consider this a final draft but understand that some game adjustments will need to be made. We will email a final revised schedule prior to the season beginning in March. Every team has been scheduled two home games and two away games. We ask that the home team post the games they are scheduled as the home team in OSAA and then the scores on OSAA SCORECENTER after the games are completed. We have also included directions to fields, hotel information, invitation rules, and USCCP guidelines. Please take the time to read the packet completely. Host Hotels: We have a host hotel that has come along side our Invite and offered the room rate below, if you ask for Shawna Moore she can give you the Invitational rate. Teams are not required to use Rogue Regency, but we do encourage it.
