MISCELLANEOUS PADDOCK LOAD-IN: Team Transporters load in Wednesday August 6 th : 12:00 pm 5:00 pm. Series will utilize Paddock #1, GP3R Infield with parking under the direction of IMSA and GP3R Officials. PADDOCK EXIT: No transporter will be allowed to leave this paddock before the end of all activities on Sunday. GP3R security personal will indicate the directions to exit the site safely. TEAM PARKING: Due to limited space in Paddock area, no passenger cars will be allowed directly into the Paddock. Team passenger cars will be limited inside the circuit to one (1) vehicle per entrant and they will be parked in a designated space located near the Paddock. Up to two (2) other team passenger cars per entrant will be allowed in an outside parking area (P2, P12). Teams will access this parking area using Des Forges Boulevard (North direction) to the De La Terrière Street on which they will make a right turn. Entrance will be about 500 feet on their right and it will be identified as team parking P2, P12. Parking P2 and P12 are located near the Ryan walkway bridge (corner #8) behind the Police Station. Once parked, team personnel will access the Paddock area by using the Ryan walkway bridge nearby (corner #8). 3 08/07/14
PADDOCK REGULATIONS: 1. Traffic lanes must be kept clear of any objects, awnings or anything that could obstruct the way or the free flow of circulation for emergency vehicles. 2. All vehicles circulating in the paddocks area must do so at low speed and in a safe way. 3. Mini motorcycles (pocket bikes) are prohibited in the paddocks and on the GP3R site. 4. Both paddocks will be closed from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am the next day on Thursday, August 7, Friday August 8 and Saturday August 9. Permission to be in the paddock during these hours requires prior approval from GP3R. 5. Fuel spillage on the site or in the paddocks will not be tolerated. Fluids may not be drained on the pavement or grass. Drivers and crew members will be liable for cost of pavement damages or environmental fines in case of noncompliance. 6. Waste oil and liquids - Promoter will provide with Safety Kleen, used oil recycling and recovery services for waste oil and liquids in each paddock area. Competitors must use this service for disposal of oils or any other liquids from racing cars that could pollute the environment. 7. Holes - Holes are not permitted in any areas on the site. Teams are financially responsible for any damage to these surfaces. 8. Fences - No one is authorized to change the layout of the paddock or the pits by moving the security fence. 9. Trailer legs - Where teams detach trailers from tractor units, team s trailers legs must be on solid bases of at least ¾ (plywood) x 2 x 2. 10. All used tires, fuel and oil containers, drums, etc. and all leftover fuels and oils must be removed by the teams of each series at the end of the event. 11. Any pet brought on site must be leashed at all times. 12. Motor homes will not be permitted in the paddock or parking areas unless arrangements have been made prior to the event with the GP3R organization. A motor home area has been established outside the circuit (East of corner #8). Teams should request space allocation in this reserved parking area in advance by contacting GP3R office (819) 370-4787 or 1-866-866-4787. Motor homes and trailer tents will pay $125.
