Welcome to Xtreme Level Dance & Fitness Studio. We are one of Houston's premiere Dance & Fitness Studios offering classes for kids, teens and adults. Our studio is committed to developing diversely trained dancers in a safe, structured and positive environment while building self-confidence and passion for dance. Whether the goal is to become a competitive dancer, recreational dancer or maintain a healthy lifestyle, XLD has a program that will encourage aspiring dancers and fitness enthusiast to reach their full performance potential. Hi, My name is Ms. Trecia KneCole and I am the Owner and Company Director of XLD. My goal is to provide quality dance classes and guide our students in developing their personalities through self discipline, commitment and working with others. We offer youth classes in two sessions: Fall-Spring Session (August- June) and Summer Session (July). I am a Former Motion of the Ocean Captain from Texas Southern University, WNBA Houston Comets Dancer, MLS Houston Dynamo Girl Dancer, Industry Professional Dancer in the States & Europe and completed 8 years as a Dance Educator with HISD. I hold a firm belief that Dance is an art and a discipline that can expand a person s horizons. The discipline that comes from the practice of dance is its own reward. Whether or not a child grows up to become a professional dancer does not matter nearly as much as the work ethic that, once instilled through dance, will stay with the child forever. Please read the following information regarding your upcoming classes at Xtreme Level Dance & Fitness Studio. I look forward to an amazing year ahead.

A Note from the Director: We re In This Together I believe that a dancers success depends on the support of their parents /guardians. Because your commitment to the process makes an enormous difference, I encourage you to be a part of your child s dance education. Our program relies on a POSITIVE atmosphere for our staff, students and their parents. It promotes a positive learning experience for all involved. Cooperation between all parents is expected. Showing RESPECT for the other parents along with the students and staff makes an important impression on children. You are a ROLE MODEL for your child in how to interact with others in a professional setting. Parents and teachers may look at a child s learning from different perspectives. However, they share a common goal: to assure that every child receives the BEST possible training, both physically and mentally. Mutual respect between our staff and our dancers parents provides the children with ultimate care and education. Let s Make It A Great Year!!!
