For purposes of these rules, "The Contest" refers to the K92\Berglund Center Best Seat In The House contest. The contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America, 18 years or older and be a legal resident in one of the eligible counties/cities of the K92 TSA as defined by Nielsen. Employees of WXLK- K92FM, Berglund, The Berglund Center, Mel Wheeler, Inc., its advertising and promotional agencies, other radio stations and their immediate families and others living in their households are not eligible to win this contest. Only one winner per household per 90 days is permitted in K92 contesting where the prize value is greater than 100 dollars. No one may win the K92/Berglund Center Best Seat In The House Contest grand prize more than once. Listeners may qualify for the grand prize in this contest period over the air, at participating Berglund Dealership locations, or at the Berglund Center Facebook page. Qualifiers may participate and collect no more than one qualifying entry. K92 will solicit the 19 th caller on the K92 studio lines multiple times each weekday to give away an entry into the contest. If the caller fits eligibility requirements, he/she will be a finalist in the K92/Berglund Center Best Seat In The House Grand Finale event held at The Berglund Center between the hours of 10am and Noon on Saturday June 4, 2016 at The Berglund Center located at 710 Williamson Rd. NE Roanoke, VA 24016. To participate, call K92 at (540) 774-92FM (9236) or (800) 468-92FM (9236) when the K92 DJ gives the on air cue to call. There will be no more than 200 qualifiers for this contest. Ways to enter to become a finalist will be over the air on K92, at participating Berglund Dealership locations where an entry box will be displayed, by participating in a contest on K92 s Facebook page, or by signing up at the contest link on the Berglund Center s Facebook page at facebook.com/theberglundcenter.

These locations are Berglund Chevrolet, Berglund Credit Line, Berglund Outdoors, Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Berglund Fiat, Berglund Ford-Mazda, Berglund Luxury Roanoke, Berglund of Bedford, Kia of Lynchburg, Berglund Luxury Lynchburg, Deals on Wheels and Berglund Toyota. Boxes will be displayed with sign up forms in the showrooms of each of these locations. On June 1 st, at 3:00pm, one form will be drawn from each of these boxes. The winner will be awarded one entry into the final contest on June 4 th. Check in for the Grand Finale event will begin at 8:30am on Saturday June 4, 2016. At this time, all qualifiers will be required to be checked in or in line to be checked in. Qualifiers will be required to present photo ID. All qualifiers that have met the required deadline and are checked in, the contest may be executed. Any qualifiers who do not show up to the event and in the registration line by 9am will forfeit their entry into the contest, and K92 may choose to host a random drawing for the remaining entries. Qualifiers who would like to have a representative take their spot in the contest must inform an official contest representative upon checkin. IN THE EVENT THAT A REPRESENTATIVE WINS THE GRAND PRIZE, THE PRIZE WILL STILL BE ISSUED IN THE ORIGINAL QUALIFIER'S NAME. There will be 200 keys hidden inside the Berglund Center Coliseum. Upon the start of the contest, contestants will be allowed to search the seats for a key that will start the brand new car. The car represented in the contest may not be the actual prize. The prize will be valued at $25,000. When a contestant finds a key, they will be required to WALK NOT RUN their key down to the arena floor to attempt to start the designated car. If the key does not start the car, they will leave the key with the contest representative and make their way back up and search for an additional key. No more than one key at a time per contestant may be brought to the floor for each attempt at starting the car. Contestants must observe the NO RUNNING rule or your key will be taken. Once a key starts the car, the contest will immediately end, and the winner will be determined.
Revised 3/4/16 Page 3 In the unlikely event of a circumstance that would prevent the fair execution of the contest as determined by contest judges, WXLK-FM K92 reserves the right to perform a drawdown drawing. An unlikely event could be anything that would hinder the fair execution or determination of a winner, including but not limited to mechanical malfunction or unforeseen or unsafe issue at the venue ie, power outage, sprinkler malfunction, etc. In the event of a drawdown, all contestants will be entered and drawn at random. The winner will be the participant that is represented by the final contestant drawn. When participating in the K92/Berglund Center Best Seat In The House contest, qualifying contestants will be required to identify themselves by stating their first and last name as well as their mailing address and daytime phone number. Personal information other than information deemed pertinent will not be aired. The grand prize winner will also need to provide their social security number. It is required by law that the contest winner be sent a 1099 tax form. Social security numbers are used for identification & tax purposes only. Winners acknowledge that if they enter this contest under a false, fictitious, or fraudulent name and/or Social Security number, they will be automatically disqualified from this contest and any future contests on K92. Before releasing the prize, K92 or Berglund may require additional proof of identity, such as a driver's license, state identification card, passport or military identification. In order for a contest prize to be awarded, a person must legitimately win the contest by complying with all rules and regulations set forth by WXLK/K92/Berglund/The Berglund Center. To be confirmed as the winner, he/she will be required to sign a declaration and release form that confirms compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the decisions of judges, which shall be final; confirms acceptance of the prize awarded; releases K92/Berglund/Berglund Center and others from any liability; and consents to the use of his/her name, voice and/or photograph or likeness by K92/Berglund/Berglund Center, without further compensation, for purposes of advertising and promotion. The prize will be a $25,000 credit to any vehicle valued at $25,000 or above at any Berglund location. The full amount must be used on a vehicle. Credit may not be converted to cash. If credit is applied to a vehicle valued over $25,000, the remaining amount must be paid by the winner at the time of purchase. By accepting a prize, each winner releases K92, its corporate licensee, Mel Wheeler, Inc., and all of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, agents, employees, officers, shareholders, suppliers and retailers and their advertising, contest and production companies and agencies, the Berglund Center and Berglund from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of playing the K92/Berglund Center Best Seat In The House contest or the acceptance, ownership or use of prize or prizes.
Revised 3/4/16 Page 4 Winners will be responsible for any taxes, restrictions or rules set forth by state or federal law relative to prizes or their use. Any prize not claimed within 30 days from the date won will be deemed forfeited and will remain the property of The Berglund Center. K92/Berglund/Berglund Center reserves the right to change or discontinue the contest at any time. K92/Berglund/Berglund Center reserves the right to halt and/or restart the contest at any time, to change all solutions to the contest if in its sole opinion tampering of any kind has occurred, and to discontinue the contest in the event of failure of capacity or any other event relating to ability of the telephone system to respond to activity generated by the contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest. Such causes of suspension of the contest may include, but are not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest. K92 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the contest in any way, whether to cause damage or to gain unfair advantage, and to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the contest. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, K92 reserves the right to seek redress to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to criminal prosecution, civil injunctive relief, and monetary damages. K92/Berglund/Berglund Center assumes no responsibility for any malfunction of any equipment whatsoever, including telephone equipment owned by contestants, the telephone company, or for any effect such malfunction may have on a contestant's ability to participate in the contest. K92 assumes no responsibility whatsoever for contestants unable to participate in the contest due to busy signal. The number to call to attempt to win is 540-774-9236 or 1-800-468-92FM (9236). K92/Berglund/Berglund Center assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any telephone charges, whether long distance, local toll or wireless usage, incurred by contestants participating in the contest. These rules are in addition to, and complement, any rules said or posted that govern contests on K92. The rules, rights or regulations set forth by K92 for its contests will apply to any K92 contest winner, including any winner of the K92/Berglund Center Best Seat In The House contest, and they may be subject to change. K92 contest rules may be inspected at the K92 business office during normal business hours. They may also be inspected on the Internet at www.k92radio.com.
