Corvette Expressions 3rd Edition Volume 106 June 1, 2015 Hello fellow Corvette Express members. Welcome to June. I'd like to extend "Happy Father's Day" wishes to all the Corvette Dads. Have a great day! I would also like to thank everyone for another successful Bar-A Corvette Express outing. This event is certainly gaining in popularity and is being recognized as a "must do" for many Corvette enthusiasts. I'm sure our Bar-A committee's report will reflect excellent feedback and numbers. June is also a busy month for us. We have numerous events or "vette-togethers," and our club picnic on Sat. the 20th. A sign up sheet will be available at the meeting. Remember, if you sign up but are not able to attend, please notify us as food purchases will be made by a number of guests. I Hope everyone is enjoying this spring season- it's been great Corvette weather. Welcome to the June issue of Corvette Expressions! Nice weather means more fun events, and the last few weeks were no exception: Lynn Earhart, aka Corvette Nanny, started May off in style with the first of her monthly vettetogethers at the Fireside Grill in Marlboro. (Thanks for the pictures, Nanny!) Hats off to Dave and Lynne Schneiderman who put together a fantastic May 9th cruise to Cape May and the Lobster House. The ride was scenic, the food was great, and it was definitely a lot of fun! The following week-end (May 17) was the Corvette Express-sponsored Bar A show. The event was well-attended by, not only Corvette Express members, but other clubs as well. The weather was lovely, and everyone had a great time! Thanks to Skip Allen for organizing this event. Finally, a huge THANK-YOU to Lynn Schneiderman for taking so many fabulous pictures, many of which are in this issue. Our next meeting is Wednesday, June 3. See you then! Yours in Corvettes, Rob Lombardi Lisa Force Newsletter Editor -2-
