Price The cost of the trip is 930-950 Ski pass, hire, hotel etc all fixed costs Evening activities and price of hoodies are estimations based on expected price in 2018 (hoodies) and 2019 (evening activities) Final cost will be confirmed before the last payment instalment

Travel by coach You will travel to resort in an executive coach; all our coaches have toilet facilities, are a maximum of seven years old and are contractually fitted with seat belts. All the coaches we use are licensed by the UK Ministry of Transport and must be serviced and equipped for winter Alpine operation. The drivers will have experience of continental driving. 16 hour journey to Matrei from Calais making it around a 20 hour coach trip

Next Steps Application letter to be completed and returned to Mr Cornell/the office by 5pm on Friday 29 th September If we have over 70 applications, we will draw the names out of a hat. This will be done on Monday 2 nd October (slight change from letter) during Key Stage 3 break time Names will continue to be drawn out after the first 70 places have gone to create a reserve list A further letter will be sent out to confirm your interest and to collect a 300 deposit Payments are non-refundable unless their place is filled by another student Payment structure will be sent out with confirmation letter
Siblings Parents/carers have the option of applying together on one form for siblings or separately according to preference. If you apply separately and only one member of the family is selected, sibling(s) will be placed on the waiting list as with other students. Please note that siblings on the waiting list are not given priority over other students.
Conditions of Application Students should have good attendance and behaviour record If this is the case parents will be informed that their child s name will not be put into the draw The school reserves the right to withdraw a place if a students attendance or behaviour declines between being offered a place and the trip departing
