What should we be considering at this stage? A: This is the perfect time to consider installing a pool. Q: What is the pool installation process once the purchase has been made? A: Sapphire Pools has designed a proven customer co-ordination program to assist the pool installation process. You will be allocated a Customer Liaison Officer who will contact you regarding the steps involved in installing your pool. You will also be allocated an Installation Coordinator and together they will ensure the installation of your pool runs as smoothly as possible.
