Chillicothe Sportsmen s Club Sight Picture August 2014 The 69 th Anniversary Of The End Of WWII Our Greatest Generation Is Becoming Fewer Honor Flight September 23, 2014 www.greaterpeoriahonorflight.org

Welcome New Members: Michael Beal, Tim Majors, Michael Millard, Wes Miller, Thomas Robbins, Trent Rumba, Richard Thompson, Shawn Wagner, Kenneth Weller We welcome you to your club, and hope you enjoy your activities on the grounds. From Our Treasurer And Membership Manager With the growth of the organization in the last few years, the problem of maintaining the membership contact list has become more difficult. It is extremely important that you notify the club if your mailing address, email address or phone number has changed. Have you got your work hours in? Every event and activity can use more help. Almost all of our events and activities are put on/kept going by a very small number of people. You can cut the cost of being a member by working your work hours at an event. Work Hour Opportunities/Work Parties: Outdoor Work Party: The next work party will be on August 2, 2014 at 8:00AM. We will be cleaning up trash and fallen tree limbs on all ranges. Bring rakes, shovels, and chain saws. We will need screw guns, saws, and hammers to make target frames. Contact Steve Schneckenburger at 309 692 7807 or 309 657 0170 for more information. A note from our grounds manager that is part of our ground rules: It is each member s responsibility to pick up his/her own litter when using the club facility. No dumping of any kind is allowed. Please take down your targets from the target frames, pick up any target pieces on the ground, pick up shotgun hulls, and place in the refuse barrels. If the barrels are full dispose of it in the dumpster by range 7 in the main parking lot. Thank You. Indoor Work Party: July 12 Indoor Range Kudos:

Thanks to all of the club members who helped move and spread the 12 tons of sand necessary to refill the bullet impact area of the indoor range. The indoor range renovation has now been completed.
