EA/EI REGIONAL CATHOLIC SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP April 4, 2019 The mission of St. John Primary and St. Theresa Middle is to serve one another with Catholic values as we strive for spiritual growth and academic excellence. the Lenten Prayer SHIELD Almighty and Everlasting God, Movin and Groovin Things are movin and groovin at SJP/STA! The Advisory Board members and the Steering Committee members have been working throughout the school year to evaluate data, information, ideas, concerns, and more to take a serious look at where we are and where we want to go, as a school. You ve heard us talk about the new 1:1 laptop program for the 6th-8th grade students that will be a reality next school year. We are very excited about that for the students and the professional development taking place for the teachers. Throughout the year, we ve shared updates to both campuses for security and also some face-lift projects on the STA campus. Our new website will go live in July and we believe that you will love the new look! We are now looking ahead at the possibility of a new office space at STA. So many ideas and plans have been and continue to be discussed and evaluated. We will continue to share with you as we move and groove. You have given the human race Jesus Christ our Savior as a model of humility. He fulfilled Your Will by becoming Man And giving His life on the Cross. Help us to bear witness to You By following His example of suffering And make us worthy to share in His Resurrection. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son. Testimonials We would like to share a couple testimonials from parents with you. If you would like to share one, please send something to Mrs. Naquin at kimnaquin@sjp-sta.org. We will print them in this bulletin and on the new website. St. John Primary and St. Theresa Middle have been one of the best decisions we have made for our daughter and family. It provides a faith-based, Christcentered education for our daughter. She is also developing educational skills that will benefit her for many years to come. I am confident that she is receiving a high-quality education that is second to none because of the commitment of the teachers, staff and area parishioners who care very deeply for her. Renee Trimble There are many good schools in our area, but I choose to send mine to a Catholic school. A Catholic school allows my child to receive a quality education that pushes her to do her best in all aspects of her life. It also instills a strong foundation of our Catholic Faith in her. SJP/STA helps the children to mature into Christ-like individuals, helping them to see Christ in others and themselves. - Brian Schexnaydre the SHIELD will be published the 1st and 3rdThursday of each month. Amen.
