Recommendation The Regional Planning and Transportation Committees recommend that the Board of Directors approve the proposed TransNet Environmental Mitigation Program Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and authorize the Executive Director to sign the MOA on behalf of the agency, in substantially the same form as shown in Attachment 1. 9 Board of Directors Item 19 February 22, 2019 5
