This meeting is organised by the BARC North-Western Centre governed by the General Regulations of the Motorsport UK incorporating the provisions of the FIA International Sporting Code, additional Supplementary regulations and any written instructions that the organisers issue for the meeting. These Final Instructions must be read in conjunction with both the BARC Standing Regulations and the BARC H&S Guidance, issued in February 2019 which are available on the BARC website. 1. PADDOCK ACCESS & ALLOCATION: It is important that you park within your allocated area within the paddock as indicated on the attached plan. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the venue. The garages have been allocated as follows: Garages: 1-28 CNC Heads Sports/Saloon Championship Paddock access will be from 18:00 on Friday and the paddock must be vacated by 21:00 on Saturday.

4. PASSES: Passes will be sent to you under separate cover; those under the age of 13 are admitted free of charge. Please note there are no vehicle passes for this meeting. 3 Pit lane passes will be given out at drivers sign on to all drivers. Access to the pit lane and pit wall will be granted to people wearing these passes only. 5. SIGNING-ON: a) Competitors will sign-on in Race Administration which is on the ground floor of race control at the times indicated on the attached timetable b) Competitors must provide a valid Motorsport UK competition licence and a valid club membership card at sign-on. Entrants must provide a valid MSA Entrants licence. Competitors with non-motorsport UK licences are reminded that they must produce the written approval of their ASN that they may compete in the meeting. c) Drivers are reminded that licences and upgrade cards must be valid bearing a recent photograph and be signed by the driver. Upgrade cards may usually be collected from the sign-on office 30 minutes after the conclusion of the race. d) Incident Marshals will sign-on in the Chequers Cafeteria. RACE SELECTION PROCEDURE: In events without a class structure the fastest: 32 Sports & Sports Racing Cars over 2000cc 34 Sports & Sports Racing Cars up to 2000cc 38 In other categories In events with classes reserves may be nominated in accordance with H31.1.1 of the current Motorsport UK Yearbook or in accordance with championship regulations 7. SCRUTINEERING & ELIGIBILITY: All vehicles will be examined at the times indicated on the attached timetable. Eligibility may be checked by the appointed Eligibility Scrutineer or by any member of the Motorsport UK Technical Commission as listed within the Motorsport UK Yearbook. 8. NOTICE BOARD:

The official noticeboard is located at the foot of the Race Control building. 9. BRIEFINGS: A mandatory New Drivers briefing for drivers new to Oulton Park for the CNC Heads Sports/Saloons only will be held at 8.45 in the Media Centre. Mandatory Championship Drivers briefings which include the new drivers briefing will be held as follows: CTCRC ALL CLASSES 07:45 MEDIA CENTRE JSCC 08:00 JSCC RACE CENTRE BMW 08:15 MEDIA CENTRE A Mandatory Championship Drivers briefing for CNC Heads Sport/Saloons will be held as follows. CNC Heads Sports/Saloons 12:00 Media Centre All drivers must attend, a sign-in will be in place and any driver being late or missing the Drivers briefing will be subject to a fine up to a maximum of 195 under MSA Regulation G.5.3.8. 10. NOISE POLLUTION: Engines must not be run before 08:15 or after 18:30. The noise limit for this event is: 105dB in the Motorsport UK static test The Circuit Drive by Noise Meter will be used to monitor noise levels whilst cars are on track and action will be taken in accordance with Motorsport UK Yearbook J.5.17.8 11. CIRCUIT ACCESS & EGRESS: All competitors will be formed up in the Assembly Area prior to all practice and qualifying sessions (including CNC Heads Sports/Saloon s). This will enable noise testing to be carried out. All races (including CNC Heads Sports/Saloon s) will form up in the assembly area; and cars, when released from the assembly area, will proceed in convoy behind the Course Car to the grid, via the Fosters loop, and form up in their positions. Drivers should remain in released order. On the grid drivers will be shown 1 minute & 30 second boards before the green flag lap. At the end of all practice, qualifying and races cars will take the flag, complete a full lap and enter Parc Ferme at the entrance to pit lane directed by marshals 12. RED FLAGS: Any category which generates a red flag may be placed at the end of the schedule subject to time being available. 13: RESULTS:

All time sheets, grids and results are deemed to be provisional until the conclusion of all judicial actions. 14. PRESENTATIONS: Drivers who win races or classes in races should make their way immediately on foot to the podium adjacent to Race Control 15. JUDGES OF FACT: Judges of Fact may be appointed in accordance with G10 and Q18 of the current Motorsport UK Yearbook 16. RACE-DAY INFORMATION: The organisers will try to run the programme as published however reserve the right to bring forward, delay or abandon event sessions to suit the conditions. 17. VIDEO EQUIPMENT: Video equipment may be fitted to the car if it is not used for commercial purposes. All equipment must be fitted to the vehicle at scrutineering and failure to do so may mean that the camera will be removed. 18. CIRCUIT & MEETING NOTES: BARC and MSV will not be liable for any damage caused to vehicles being recovered from the track. Competitors, who experience mechanical problems, particularly if that problem is likely to be a hazard to others, must be stopped immediately in a place of safety. The competitor may also be liable for any excessive clean-up costs involved. There are signal lights around the circuit and these lights have the same meaning as the flag signals. Motorsport is a non-contact sport and competitors who make contact with each-other render themselves liable to penalties in accordance with the current Motorsport UK Yearbook. Likewise competitors should remain within the white lines defining the edges of the circuit. Failure to do so will render the competitor liable to penalties up to and including exclusion. The circuit fuel station will be open during the meeting. All working areas should be kept clean and tidy and any waste placed in the appropriate container. Waste must not be mixed or waste left around the site. In the event that the BARC is charged for such issues then the charge will be passed on to the championship concerned if the individual cannot be identified. All team vehicles parked in the paddock must be parked neatly and without unnecessary gaps between vehicles. Where vehicles with tail lifts are being used the tail lift should not be left down, including in the halfway position, other than when loading / unloading is being undertaken, as this may present a serious risk of injury to drivers or pedestrians The pathway behind the pit garages must be kept clear at all times as it is a fire lane. There must be no trailing cables across the paddock paths or roadways. Cables that are not protected may be removed.

Persons riding mopeds and motorcycles up to a capacity of 125cc must have a current UK provisional driving licence or its international equivalent. Persons riding motorcycles with a capacity of greater than 125cc must have a current full UK motorcycle licence or its international equivalent. Any motorcycle, moped, scooter or other such bike/trike/quad must be ridden with all due care, the rider must have an appropriate safety helmet, and the vehicle must be road-legal, taxed and insured. There will be no access outside the Paddock Area. All vehicles must at all times keep to the marked roads when moving around the Venue. Vehicles must be driven or ridden as per manufacturer s instructions and with the set amount of passengers. Breaches to this guidance may result in vehicles keys being taken away and vehicle confiscated until teams leave the circuit. Any person who is injured or feels unwell should seek help from the circuit medical services. Please contact an official or member of the venue management team. 19. MARSHALS MATTERS: Post allocations will be advised at sign-on Please remember you should not use mobile phones or cameras while on duty If you are unable to attend please contact Margaret Simpson and return your passes. 20. SOCIAL MEDIA Both officials and competitors alike are reminded that they should not make comments upon social media sites which may in any way be deemed as being derogatory, defamatory, obscene or libellous. You should remember that comments made are in a very public arena and can be seen by possibly more than your intended audience. 21. SAFEGUARDING: A number of officials within the club are appointed as safeguarding officers and they are available to deal with problems which may arise or are brought to their attention. Issues can be raised by talking to the senior clerk of the course at an event or contacting a safeguarding officer whose details can be found on the BARC website. 21.
