Administrative Regulation No. 113.AOOl.0607 Bobby Jones Golf Club Fee Collection Procedures I. Purpose The purpose of this Administrative Regulation is to set forth the City of Sarasota's procedure for the collection of fees at Bobby Jones Golf Club in effect as of June 1, 2007. II. Definitions 1. City Resident - one who resides permanently within the city limits or is an elector registered to vote in city elections. Proof of residency will be determined by presentation of a current electric, water or tax bill. Noncity residents who own property within the City of Sarasota will be eligible for city residence status by providing proof of property ownership in the form of a city property tax statement. Falsification of city residency status will result in the loss of annual fee holder privileges. 2. Single Annual Fee Holder - one individual person who purchases an Annual Fee Card for his/her exclusive use for greens fees on an annual basis. 3. Family Annual Fee Holder - a married couple and any children seventeen (17) years of age or younger residing full time with their parents or legal guardian. 4. Junior Golfer - one who has not reached his/her eighteenth (18th) birthday. III. Procedures I. Effective October 1, 2004, the sale of future annual fee permits shall be restricted to annual fee holders who have paid their fees continuously since fiscal 2003-04, except for the Gillespie Executive Course annual fees, which shall continue to be available unrestricted. 2. As of October 1, 1989, the renewal date shall be on the 1st of October each year and the total amount of the Annual Fee Holder fee will be due for the

Beginning October 1, 2004, private golf cart trackage shall be restricted to golf cart owners who have paid trackage for fiscal 2003-04. No golf cart storage is available to cart owners. 4. The City reserves the right to refund green fees and to refuse playing privileges to any player not abiding by the rules of the club or whose conduct warrants such action. In certain areas of this facility no type of loud or amplified radio or record players etc., is permitted. 5. The City Administration reserves the right to amend this regulation at anytime and to grant variances thereto upon recommendation of the Golf Club General Manager and approval of the Sports Facilities Manager and City Manager. 6. The Sports Facilities Manager, the General Manager of the Club, the Golf Professional and the Course Superintendent have the authority to issue courtesy privileges to dignitaries in the golf related industry. 7. Payment of an 18-hole golf cart fee is mandatory between 7 a.m. and noon from December 1 to January 31 and from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. from February 1 to April 30. Management reserves the right to modify this policy. 8. Rain Checks: (a) When an 18-hole ticket has been purchased: ( 1) An 18-hole rain check will be issued if less than four holes have been played. (2) A 9-hole rain check will be issued if four through thirteen holes have been played. (b) When a 9-hole ticket has been purchased: (I) A 9-hole rain check will be issued if less than four holes have been played. 9. Private Cart Owners - Important: Authorized trackage-based golf carts stored off course may be replaced with new/leased golf carts and owners shall comply with regulations. No trailers may park on the property of Bobby Jones Golf Club. Private golf cart passengers must pay standard rider's fee. 2

Starter and Ranger: The duties of the Starter and Ranger are to direct and control play and enforce all rules and regulations and have the full authority of management. 1 I. Men's and Ladies' Golf Association: The Associations may organize and conduct their own tournaments subject to the approval of the management and provided such tournaments do not unduly restrict the right of play of non-association members and the public. 12. Purchase and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages: All alcoholic beverages consumed on Bobby Jones Golf Club property must be purchased at the club concession areas specifically licensed by the State of Florida for this purpose. 13. The current cost of the card is 16.00 including tax (14.95 plus 1.05 tax). A 18-hole riding cart must be rented in conjunction with this offer. The Club General Manager is hereby authorized to enter into contracts with organizations offering the sale of discounted or special play programs on an annual basis. 5
