Volunteers we need you! It is always our objective to run a fun, safe show, and we need your help to accomplish this! We would greatly appreciate it if a female member of your household (Mom, Grandparent, adult Sibling, Guardian or Nanny) would consider volunteering for at least 1 show or the dress rehearsal. Volunteers are needed to assist the teachers in watching over skaters, helping with costumes, hair bows, laces, make-up, calming nerves, etc. We would like to have at least 2 volunteers per group for each performance. You may volunteer to assist your skater's group for more than one performance, if you d like. You will be given a list of hints and suggestions to help make your job run as smoothly as possible. Gentlemen are welcome to participate as volunteers with the hockey groups or as a rink monitor. Volunteers are allowed to leave the dressing room area in order to watch their group skate and must return following the number. It is required that you remain in the dressing room until all of your skaters are accounted for at the end of a performance. Many Ice Arena staff members are on hand to offer support and guidance throughout the show. If you can help, please fill out the attached form below and return it with your costume form. Should you have any questions, please contact Christine Condon, Skating Director at ccondon@winpark.org or 847-716-1295. We couldn t run a successful show without the support of our skating families!
