WELCOME Dear Sir/Madam, The 67 th Annual Conference of the Society for Medicinal Plant and Natural Product Research (GA) will be held in Innsbruck, Austria, from 1 st to 5 th of September, 2019. GA is the largest scientific society in its field in Europe (https://www.ga-online.org/). We are expecting 600 to 800 international participants at this conference which will be one of the largest worldwide in the area of natural products research, medicinal plants and phytotherapy, food and natural product biochemistry, cosmetics, natural product analysis and formulation. EXHIBITION AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES 2/2 Conference Bag The congress bag, carried throughout the meeting and afterwards, will be distributed to all participants and contains all congress publications. The sponsor will participate in the selection of the bags and their printed design. The sponsor s logo will be printed on the bag together with the congress logo. The sponsorship allows the sponsor to add a pen and notepad to the congress wallets. EUR 5.500,00 Conference Lanyards Conference Lanyards hold the participants badges and will be distributed to all participants. They will be required to be worn throughout the conference. The sponsor s logo will be printed on the lanyards together with the conference logo. Sponsorship of the lanyards is an exclusive sponsorship. Company logo on conference lanyards EUR 3.000,00 Conference Bags - Inserts Promotional material may be inserted in the congress bags that will be distributed to all participants. Bag Insert EUR 1.000,00 Coffee breaks Each morning and afternoon a 30-minute coffee break will be offered to delegates from Monday through to Wednesday (morning only). During this time congress participants may relax and visit the industrial exhibition. Coffee breaks will be situated in the exhibition area. The sponsor will be acknowledged in the final programme and by on-site signage. General Conditions of Participation, Exhibition and Sponsoring S12! studio12 gmbh Kaiser Josef Straße 9 6020 Innsbruck, Österreich FN 386202; LG Innsbruck; UID: ATU67466789 hereinafter referred to as S12! 1. General Registration for exhibition and sponsoring has to be carried out by sending the official registration form within the given deadline. Sending in the registration form is binding, every alteration of the contract has to be made in writing. Approval for exhibition and sponsoring will be made in writing. S12! reserves the right to refuse applications for any reason. Abandonment of booked floor space to third parties is not allowed. Will an exhibition be limited, transferred, or cancelled no claims of the exhibitor will arise against S12! For special reasons S12! can change allocated floor spaces after publication of the floor plan. 2. Payment Requirement for booth set-up or the right to receive sponsoring benefits is payment of the invoice within the given payment period, without any deductions. Charges for additional services will be invoiced separately. 3. Cancellation Withdraws an exhibitor or sponsor from the contract, 50% of the rental fee respectively the sponsoring charge will become due. Withdrawal from the contract 8 weeks or less before the event entails to payment of 100% of the rental fee or sponsoring charge. S12! is authorised to postpone, shorten or cancel events, sponsors and exhibitors do not arise any damages. 4. Insurance, Liability S12! assumes no liability for any damage to persons or property as well as no liability to exhibited goods. Exhibitors are liable for damages caused by the exhibitor and his contractors. 5. Set-up/ Dismantling/ Stand layout/ Advertising The set-up and dismantling times outlined in the exhibition details have to be observed. Additional costs incurred by delayed set-up or dismantling have to be borne by the exhibitor causing the delay. Materials used for the booth must be low-flammable according to DIN 4102. All local exhibitor regulations incl. building- and fire regulations have to be strictly obeyed. Back walls to neighbouring stands need to be in white. Advertising outside of the confines of the stand is not allowed. Acoustic and visual advertisement must not disturb neighbouring stands. S12! is authorized to shoot pictures and movies from the exhibition area and stands for internal purposes. Innsbruck, August 2018
