material. Based upon the available toxicity information for related materials, it is anticipated that direct contact will produce very mild to essentially no eye or skin irritation. OVEREXPOSURE MAY AGGRAVATE EXISTING COMDITIONS - No effects indicated EMERGENCY and FIRST AID PROCEDURES EYES Flush eyes with large amounts of running water for several minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation develops. SKIN Wash affected areas with plenty of water and soap, if available, for several minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation develops. INGESTION If swallowed, immediately give 3 4 glasses of milk (if unavailable, give water). DO NOT induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs, give fluids again. AVOID CONTAMINATION OF FOOD CHEMICALS LISTED AS CARCINOGEN BY: NATIONAL TOXICOLOGY PROGRAM - NO I.A.R.C. MONOGRAPHS - NO OSHA - NO * SECTION VI - REACTIVITY DATA * STABILITY: Stable CONDITIONS TO AVOID: Protect from freezing. INCOMPATIBILITY (Materials to avoid): Any material that reacts with water. HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: Thermal decomposition may produce toxic fumes of organic chlorides, amines, hydrogen chloride, ammonia and oxides of carbon and nitrogen. HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION: Will not occur. * SECTION VII TOXICITY The toxicity information provided is for the active component of this material. ACUTE Oral LD 50 (rat): 0.43 ml/kg (413 mg/kg) 2

Dermal LD 50 (rabbit): 3.56 ml/kg (3418 mg/kg) eye irritation (rabbit): Severe irritation without washing that did not clear by day 7, post dose. Skin irritation (rabbit): Severe irritant SECTION VIII - SPILL AND LEAK PROCEDURES STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE MATERIAL IS RELEASED OR SPILLED CAUTION! Floors may become slippery. Wear appropriate protective equipment and respiratory protection where mists or vapors of unknown concentrations may be generated (self-contained breathing apparatus preferred). Dike and contain spill with inert material (sand, earth, etc.) and transfer the liquid and solid separately to containers for recovery or disposal. Keep spill out of sewers and open bodies of water. WASTE DISPOSAL METHODS Dispose of in compliance with all Federal, state and local laws and regulations. Inceration is the preferred method. CONTAINER DISPOSAL Triple rinse (or equivalent). VENTILATION: In confined spaces mechanical ventilation is required to keep the air contaminant concentration below current applicable OSHA permissible exposure units. PROTECTIVE GLOVES: Impervious type required for long or repeated exposure. PROTECTIVE FOOTWEAR: Water proof boots are recommended for long or repeated use. EYE PROTECTION: Use safety eye wear to protect against splash of concentrated liquids. OTHER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Prevent prolonged skin contact with contaminated clothing.
