APRIL 26 & 27, 2019, YSSI WEEKEND WORK HOUR CREDITS: The 18 th Annual YSSI Weekend is set for April 26 & 27, 2019. Help will be needed on Saturday, the 27 th, on all ranges (Indoor Rifle, Shotgun, Archery, High-Power Rife, Muzzle-Loading Rifle, Cowboy Action Pistol, Buffalo Rifle, USPSA, and in the Clubhouse & Kitchen. We will need 3 or 4 individuals to come in on Friday the 26 th @ 10 AM to help get the final food, other supplies, pick up ice in the early afternoon, and perform final setup needs. We will also need 3 or 4 very early risers to come in on the Saturday the 27 th and start cooking breakfast at 4 AM so that we can be ready to feed everyone by 6:30 AM. The remaining kitchen staff needs to be here by 6 AM to help finish the cooking and to get everything out and ready to feed the participants. WORK HOUR CREDITS will be given to all volunteers who assist. Call the appropriate Range Director listed below to volunteer for that Range or Bob Bjerke or Bill Bond for clubhouse & kitchen duties and for any other questions. There will be Vendors on both clubhouse levels. Setup is Friday, April 5, starting at 9:30 AM and cleanup is Sunday, April 7, starting at 3 PM. Help is also needed for both Gun Show days in the kitchen & at the upper & lower entrance doors during the gun show hours. Work hour credits will be given for all volunteers. If you desire to bring any pies or cakes for work hour credits, you must contact Steve Risinger before bring them out for the show. OUTDOOR WORK PARTY: Saturday, March 3, 8 AM, depending on the weather, we plan on burning the 3 piles of brush. Bring rakes, shovels, gloves & any other tools you think might be useful.
