WHAT IS DANCE SHOW LIVE? Dance Show LIVE is Scotland's biggest ever, held in Glasgow's world famous SECC Arena. This will be Dance Show LIVE's first ever outing, but we're expecting a huge audience due to our fantastic partnership with the World Street Dance Championships - which is being held on the same weekend at the SECC - and our fantastic links with local schools and organisations. There really is something for everyone at Dance Show LIVE, whether you're an up-and- coming dancer, a seasoned pro, or maybe you've never stepped foot on a dance floor in your life! For one weekend only, dance is coming to Scotland, get involved! WHO ARE THE UDO? The United Dance Organisation are an Events Management Company and Europe's biggest Street Dance Organisation, with over 40,000 members worldwide. We pride ourselves on our events, and our fantastic reputation. We're the biggest Dance Show to be held outside of London, and so we attract a fantastic audience of dancers and young professionals from throughout the UK. This year we are running Dance Show LIVE alongside our UDO Worlds Championships and our UDO National Schools Championships (where schools travel from across Scotland) where we expect roughly a minimum of 5,000 visitors on the Friday (23rd August), 6,000 on both the Saturday (24th August) and the Sunday (25th August). Dance Show LIVE tickets are being sold to the general public for the Saturday and Sunday event days, however World s Championship wristband holders will have free access to Dance Show LIVE from the Friday to the Sunday so footfall in guaranteed.
