Exhibits must be received in the Showground not later than 9.15am on the morning of the show to allow judging to commence at 9.30am. All exhibits not so received will be debarred from competing. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. 3. Exhibits shall not be removed earlier than 4.30pm nor later than 5.30pm on the afternoon of the show. 4. Exhibits shall be at the risk of the exhibitors, who shall be solely responsible for delivery and removal of their own exhibits. 5. All exhibitors in the Handiwork section must not have been previously shown at this show. 6. Exhibits in the Handiwork section must not be made of an edible product. 7. No exhibitor may win more than one prize in any class. 8. Judges decision in all cases will be final. 9. If not as per Schedule, articles will be disqualified. 10. The Society Committee reserve the right to disqualify any article which they class as soiled. 11. Prize Giving will commence at approximately 1.30pm at the Craft & Produce Marquee. 12. Relevant Prize Money must be collected at Craft & Produce Marquee on day of show from 3.30pm till 4.30pm or otherwise will be forfeited. In a small pan mix 45g (1 1/2oz) of polenta with 175ml (6fl oz) of water. Bring to the boil then allow to gently bubble for a few mins, mixing to create a paste. Cool (2) Mix the flour and the remaining polenta in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the sugar, yeast and salt. Use a fork to break up the polenta past then scrape it into the dry ingredients. Mix the milk, egg and vinegar in a jug and pour into the well. Mix slowly until it starts to come together then either tip the dough on to a floured work surface or use a mixer fitted with a dough hook. Knead for 10 mins or until soft and springy. Tip into prepared tin, cover with oiled cling film and leave somewhere warm to rise for 1 hour. (3) Bake for 35-40 mins or until golden and cooked through
