This year s show will be held in Tifton at the Tift County Multipurpose Livestock Facility. All entries must be postmarked by September 4, 2015, and accompanied by a $25 per head entry fee. Those entries postmarked after September 4 st and arriving by September 10 th will be charged an entry fee of $35 per head. Check-in late entries will be accepted until 7:00pm on Friday September 11 th and the entry will be $40 if entered on check-in day *CASH ONLY. There will be no refunds of entry fees. No other bedding will be allowed in the barn. There should be plenty of electricity in the barn; however, you may bring generators if you wish. If your county or chapter has contributed or collected sponsor money in the past, please continue to do so and please mail it in with your entries. Due to the growth of the show, we will still need all funds available. Please make all entry fee and donation checks payable to Tift 4H and mail to Tift County Extension Office, PO Box 7548, Tifton, GA 31793. In the event that we exceed 125 entries, those entries that will not be accepted will be notified in advance, and entry fees will be refunded. It is our hope to be able to accommodate everyone in the future. If you have questions about the show you may contact Ashley Davis (229/391-7980). We look forward to seeing each of you September 11 & 12 in Tifton. **Special Note: This is a prospect show that is early in the season. Please make sure all calves are broke enough to come to a show. Our facility does not presently have a perimeter fence so all animals need to be manageable. Thanks, Show Management
