All regulations mentioned under a. have the approval of the KNAF (ASN) c. All entrants undertake to respect these regulations by participating in the event. Art. 6. Track and conditions of the race a. Maximum number of cars allowed to start: Touring Cars (race up to 1 hour): Race 47/Practice 56 Touring Cars (over 1 hour, up to 2 hours) Race 54/Practice 64 Formula Cars 2.000 cc: Race 37/Practice 44 Formula Cars + 2.000 cc: Race 29/Practice 35 The organiser may lay down a limitation of the number of cars in a class. This will be published on the official notice board. b. All drivers must take part in the official practice(s) for five laps minimum. If not that particular driver is not allowed to start in the race. An exception can be made by request of the Secretary of the Meeting to the Stewards of the Meeting. c. If the Clerk of the Course and/or Race Director and/or the Stewards of the Meeting consider the speed and driving behaviour of a driver not in compliance with the majority of the field, the Clerk of the Course may in consultation with the Race Director and/or Stewards of the Meeting show the black flag to this driver.

When, during qualifing and/ or race, the Chicane at Post 8 and/or 11/12 has been cut, there will be an addition of 3 seconds at the first trespassing by all realized times or racetimes concerning that part of the competition. At the second trespassing there will be another 3 seconds add to the penalty before concerning that part of the competition. At the third trespassing there will follow an exclusion of the event. Herefore there will be appointed judges of fact. These will be named in a bulletin at the Circuit. Art. 7.a. Scrutineering Location of Scrutineering is at Technisch Controle Centrum in Paddockzone 2 Location of the reference plane for height-measurements: Technisch Controle Centrum. Art. 7.b. Parc Fermé Location of Parc Ferme is at Technisch Controle Centrum in Paddockzone 2 Leaving the track after finish practice(s): Until the Clerk of the Course has finished timed practice/qualification all concerned cars may not leave the track/pitlane, except through exit on way to Parc Fermé. The first/fastest six cars of each class/division and those appointed by the Clerk of the Course and/or Race Director and/or Stewards of the Meeting must leave the track at Post 7 to go immediately and in the shortest way to the Parc Fermé and will follow the instructions of the officials. Leaving the track after finish race(s): All finishers leave the Track at Post 7. Finishers 1 up to 6 of each class/division and those appointed by the clerk of the Course and/or Stewards of t he Meeting go immediately and in the shortest way to the Parc Fermé. The first three finishers of each class/division have to walk from the Parc-fermé as soon as possible to the winnersrostum on behalf of prizegiving. Parc Femé is only allowed for persons with a yellow Parc Fermé sticker on their ticket/pass. Art. 8. Entry : closing date and acceptance * As Specified on the entry form, entry closes on June 27th 2003 * Acceptance of the entry will be send no later than July 7th 2003. (Under particular circumstances the forwarding of the acceptance may be postponed). * The fee required (see entry form and/or confirmation of participating) has to be paid before the event (an entry not accompanied by the fee shall be null and void). Art. 9. Collection of race documents/administrative Control See official timeschedule. The entrant and the driver, or their officially nominated representative must be present at the place and the time indicated for the administrative/licence-control and afterwards for the scrutineering. The following documents of entrant and driver must be submitted at administrative checking: All drivers must show: race and if applicable an entrant's licence. At the licence control they will receive the 'pre and post scrutineering forms' The driver must sign the 'responsibility clause' (according to the General regulations concerning racing contests). Art. 10. Timeschedule: Timed Practices, Pre-scrutineering and Races See official timeschedule

Art. 11. Start For all classes except Formula Renault and EuroBoss of line-up in starting-order ( opstelstraat /assembly area) is at the Bretelle at Paddockzone 2 The starting grid will be in a staggered 1 x 1 formation. For Formula Renault and EuroBoss the line up will be on the starting grid. Pole-position: Left Starting procedures per class: Toyota Yaris Cup, Van Uitert Formula Ford, ID&T Renault Clio Sport Cup, Merwede Springs Golf Cup,Vege Series, Super Lites and Alfa Challenge: Standing start Habo Da Costa Formule Renault, Euro Boss & DSC: Grand Prix Start Formule Renault 2000 Starting order of the 1 st race will be determined by the timed practice. The Starting-order of the 2 nd race will be determined by the fastest lap of the 1 st race. DSC Starting order of the 1 st race will be determined by the timed practice. The Starting-order of the 2 nd race will be determined by the result of the 1 st race. Merwede Springs Golf Cup and Vege Series De Merwede Springs Golf Cup will have a delayed start of 30 seconds after the start of the Vege Series. Starting Judge(s) See art. 95 of the FIA International Sporting Code. Pre start (a special pre-start box is located at the right hand side of the pitlane exit) It is not allowed to make a pre-start during the warm up lap, drivers will be black flagged in order to give them a Stop & Go and/or and/or a Drive Through and/or a time-penalty. Art. 12. Cooling down lap (after the finish-flag) All classes after timed practices and races the cars will leave at Post 7. Art. 13: Protests In addition to art. 173 of the FIA Sporting Code International, Chapter XII protests have to be addressed to the Secretary of the Meeting in stead of to the Clerk of the Course and their assistants. In absence of the Secretary of the Meeting, the Clerk of the Course and their assistants such protests should be addressed to any of the Stewards of the Meeting. Art. 14. Pitregulations Pitboxes/Garages: All Pitboxes/Garages must be kept locked from the inside to avoid unauthorised persons passing through to pitlane. Refuelling in pitlane and the area behind the pitboxes is not allowed during practice and race Smoke/Open fire: It is not allowed to smoke or use open fire in the pitboxes, in the pitlane and on the roof. Maximum speed: The maximum speed in the pitlane is: 60 km/h. Access to the pit: minimum age is 16 years. Pit lane a) The pit lane has been divided into two lanes. The lane closest tot the pit wall/track is designated the 'fast lane' and the lane closest to the pitboxes is designated the 'inner lane' or 'working lane', and is the only area where any work can be carried out on a car. b) The corridor (Safety-lane) between the fast and working lane may only be crossed to go to and come from the working lane and is only accessible to pit lane-officials. c) Competitors must not paint lines on any part of the pit lane.

d) No equipment may be left in the fast lane. A car may enter or remain in the fast lane only with the driver sitting in the car behind the steering wheel in his normal position, even when the car is being pushed. e) Team personnel are only allowed in the pit lane immediately before they are required to work on a car and must withdraw as soon as the work is complete. Art. 15. Drivers Briefing A briefing will be held for all classes, this will be published on the official notice board and/or in the timeschedule. All drivers and entrants in that class are obliged to attend this briefing. The organiser will sanction non or late attendance with a fine of 115. For date, time and location: see official timeschedule. Art. 16. Scrutineering (TC) Form At the document control, the 'pre and post scrutineering form' will be signed and stamped if the documents are found to be in order. This form must be handed over to the scrutineer. The scrutineer will fill in the pre scrutineering form and will take the original. If the car is deemed not to be in accordance with the regulations, the driver may not compete in practice/race. It is possible to have a second check. If the car has been considered as according to the regulations on the points checked, the driver will receive a non removable white/orange (T.C. 2003) sticker. Only this sticker (as published by the TC) indicates that the car is allowed to participate. Without this sticker, the car may not participate in practice/race. Any changes made on the 'pre and post scrutineering forms' not done by a scrutineer, will not be allowed, and the form will be declared null and void. Art. 17. Fuel/Checking on fuel The TC/Clerk of the Course and/or Race Director and/or Stewards of the meeting may order that fuel samples are to be taken. This may happen at any time, any place. The entrant/driver must make sure that there is at any time at least 5 litres of fuel in his car. At least three samples will be taken (sealed, labelled and signed): one for the TC, one for the organiser and one for the driver. Both 'SGS' and 'Calebb Brett' may execute these controls. See also the class-regulations & FIA Annex J art. 252.9 (ASJ 2003 blz. 526) Fuel Pump: The fuel from the fuel-pump on site of the Circuit ZOLDER will be considered as the standard/reference fuel. Art. 18. Tickets/Passes Every person (drivers, teammembers, officials, press, etc.) who enters the pit area must at all times wear his ticket/pass visible, in a way that the controlling officials can at any time without problem see whether this person has the right ticket/pass. If a person is not wearing his ticket/passvisible, he may not enter the pit area. Art. 19 Timekeeping Every car shall be timed at the start/finish line after completion of the first and subsequent laps with a transponder. All cars have to be equipped with a permanent transponder, which must be mounted in the car at the right place. A special instruction paper about the use of the transponders will be available at licence-control. Malversation or obstruction of the rules mentioned above will lead to exclusion and shall be reported to the Stewards of the Meeting. Art. 20. Noise-regulations See art. 16, Geluid, Reglement Moderne Autoraces, ASJ 2003, blz. 182. There is complete motor silence on Saturday before 09.00h, between 12.00h and 13.00h and after 18.00h and Sunday Before 10.00h and after 18.30h, any competitor in breach of this regulation will be fined 115,- at the first violation at the second violation the sanction will be executed by the Stewards of the Meeting.

Art. 23. Supplementary regulations Any changes or supplements to these regulations will be published on the official notice board. (see art. 3).
