CrossFit This competition is unique in that it is the only CrossFit competition in New Zealand designed by and for current Police sworn and non-sworn personnel. This competition also doubles as a trial for selection in the NZ Police team. The current holder of the trophy is Auckland. Volleyball The Police Association National Volleyball Tournament is being run over the three days at the Energy Events Centre (number of teams will dictate the format of the tournament). Netball The Police Association National Netball Tournament is being run over the two days at the Energy Events Centre. This competition also doubles as a trial for selection in the NZ Police team. Football The Police Association National Football Tournament is being run over the three days at the Rotorua International Stadium fields. Cross Country Running The Police Association National Cross Country Running Race is to be held on Wednesday 30 th August. The point of contact is Graham Perks graham.perks@police.govt.nz. Mountain Biking The Mountain Bike race is to be held on Thursday 31 st August on the Skyline Tracks of Mt Nongataha. Ride the Gondola up, and ride your bike down!! The point of contact is Chrissy Lunt christine.lunt@police.govt.nz. Endurance Race The inaugural Police Sport Endurance race will take place on Friday 1 st September. It will involve running and mountain biking, and will be achievable for all. Squash The Police Association National Squash Tournament is being held at the Lakes High Squash Club over the 3 days). This will cater to all grades and skill levels for both men and women. We will have 3 heats of 6 teams (18 teams in total) and then first and second from each heat will go into the final of six teams.
