9. Winners are responsible for all licensing, fees and taxes. The value of the prize may be considered taxable income. For prizes $600 or above guests will be required to fill out an IRS 1099 Form, and a subsequent W-9 if necessary, and verifies Social Security Number on all cash and cash value prize winnings. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park assumes no liability once prize has been released to the winner and all appropriate paperwork has been completed. 10. Participants may request a copy of all winnings in the same calendar year. This form is for Miscellaneous Income, per IRS Tax Regulations and must be reported if winnings are more than $600 in the same calendar year. No substitutions of any prize or transfer of a prize is permitted. If winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result with an alternate winner being selected. Hard 11. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process of the operation of the drawing and giving false information, resulting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. 12. Cage and Marketing employees will issue the Cash, Certificate or Gift prize after checking for valid governmentissued photo identification. Employees are required to complete all required State and Federal documentation including but not limited to Title 31 Requirements and prize acceptance forms, as necessary.
