Have you really looked at what Fun we really have Square Dancing? When we form squares sometimes we meet people that we have never met before and still give them a yellow-rock as if they were long lost friends. We get acquainted with people through Square Dancing together because when we dance we dance as a group doing the moves together and have a lot of fun. We create the Fellowship through the moves we do and if we break down we laugh and reform and continue the Fellowship with more laughter. Fun and Fellowship continues throughout the evening at the dances with each square that is formed. Each time you square up the Friendship continue to build between each dancer that is in the Square. But the thing that sometimes is overlooked is the feeling of Family that happens from being Square Dancers. So many times when a Square Dancer is in need the Square Dancing Family comes together to help that Square Dancer. It is not one dancer or one club that comes forward it is the Whole Square Dance Community that gathers to help any Square Dancer that needs help. This same Square Dance Community also rejoices with the dancers when there is something positive happens to them. This is truly something that we feel all Square Dancers should be very proud to stand up and say we are Square Dancers and we are very proud of our having Fun, Friendship, Fellowship, and our Square Dance Family. To all Square Dancers we think you deserve a really BIG THANK YOU for all those that you have supported and will continue to support.
