ENTRY INFORMATION ENTRY DEADLINE INFORMATION Wednesday, December 14, 2016 5:00 p.m., EST Quarter Century Championship & Senior Stroke Play Championship Wednesday, January 11, 1, 2017 5:00 p.m., EST Senior-Junior Team Championship Wednesday, January 18, 1, 2017 5:00 p.m., EST Four-Ball Stableford Team Championship Wednesday, January 25, 2, 2017 5:00 p.m., EST Women s Stroke Play Championship & Stroke Play Championship It is the player s responsibility to meet the appropriate entry deadline time and date. SUMMARY OF EVENTS Since its inception in 1954, the Quarter Century Championship has been held for PGA members who have obtained 25 years of membership. Both the Wanamaker and Ryder Courses will be played. The prize money for this 36-hole stroke-play competition is distributed among nine age group divisions. The PGA Quarter Century champions will be the overall winners from each course. A Half Century Champion s plaque will be awarded to the lowest score of members that have obtained 50 years of membership. The field will be limited to 180 players (90 players on each course). The Senior Stroke Play Championship is an individual stroke play competition based on age groups. Both the Ryder and Wanamaker Courses will be played. The Senior Stroke Play champions will be the overall winners from each course. The field will be limited to 240 players. The most popular event in the PGA Winter Championships is the Senior-Junior Team Championship. The championship is a pick-your-own partner team championship (one Senior player and one Junior player on each team). The Championship will be contested on all three courses at PGA Golf Club. Teams compete in a 72-hole four-ball stroke-play competition and after 54 holes, one round on each course, the field will be reduced to the low 40 teams and ties for the final round. The field is limited to 156 teams. NEW This year is the start of what should be an exciting addition to the Winter Championships. Replacing the Match Play Championship is a new Four-Ball Stableford Team Championship. This championship is a pick-your-own partner team championship. Although everyone will be competing for the same purse, there will be 4 sets of tees, junior men, senior men, junior women and senior women. Teams may be formed with any combination. Unlike traditional scoring methods, where the aim is to have the lowest score, the objective in the Four-Ball Stableford Team Championship is to have the highest score. Points are awarded in relation to a fixed score (PAR) on each hole as follows: 2 or more over the fixed score -3 points, 1 over the fixed score -1 point, fixed score (par) 0 points, 1 under the fixed score +2 points, 2 under the fixed score +5 points, 3 under the fixed score +8 points. The winner is the team who scores the highest number of points. The Championship will be contested on both the Wanamaker and Dye Courses. Teams compete in a 72-hole competition and after 36 holes; one round on each course, the field will be reduced to the low 40 teams and ties for the final two rounds. The field is limited to 104 teams.

The Women s Stroke Play Championship is in its 17 th season and is a 54-hole stroke play championship, consisting of female members and apprentices. The Stroke Play Championship has a rich tradition that dates back to 1954. This 72-hole stroke-play championship has a starting field that is limited to 240 players. After 36 holes, the field will be reduced to the low 70 players and ties for the final two rounds. ELIGIBILITY All Members of the Association are eligible (except Class A-3, Honorary Members, Inactive, Retired Members (RM), Life Member Century (LMC), Class F Members, and/or suspended Members) - provided they have not played in more than ten (10) combined Adams Pro Tour, Asian Tour, Australia/New Zealand Tour, Dakotas Tour, European Challenge Tour, European Senior Tour, European Tour, JPGA Senior Tour, JPGA Tour, Ladies European Tour (LET), LPGA Futures Tour (Symetra Tour), LPGA Tour, Mackenzie TOUR - Canada, OnCore Gateway Tour, PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions, PGA TOUR LatinoAmerica, SwingThought Tour, The Safari Tour, The Sunshine Tour and web.com TOUR tournaments between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.
