The Leader of North American Motorsports 2018 Contingency Program Guide

SCCA Competition Areas SCCA offers a variety of contingency programs to help companies like yours reach our members. Contingency programs represent the ideal way to connect directly with SCCA competitors and reward them for their success while promoting your products. It is the ultimate win-win relationship! CLUB RACING The competition keystone of SCCA is its Club Racing program, where over 7,000 licensed participants compete in more than 250 amateur road racing events conducted at the entry (Regional) and championship (U.S. Majors Tour) levels. The U.S. Majors Tour schedule is highlighted by the Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA Super Tour and will culminate in October with the 55 th running of the SCCA National Championship Runoffs, held for the first time at the Sonoma Raceway in California, and will determine the National Champions in 28 Runoffs-eligible classes. SOLO Solo, the SCCA brand for autocross, is a battle against the course and clock where it all comes down to the driver s ability to accurately and precisely maneuver around a pylon-marked course in the fastest time possible. Often set up on airport runways or stadium parking lots, Solo places a premium on driving skills and a singular goal complete the course faster than your rivals. SCCA Solo competition sees nearly 75,000 entries per year, including the more than 1,300 competitors that attend the Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Championships in September. RALLYCROSS Celebrating its 12 th anniversary, RallyCross is the newest and fastest growing SCCA competition. Essentially, it is Solo on dirt with a series of national events leading up to the RallyCross National Championship in October. ROAD RALLY Rally was the competition foundation of the SCCA at its beginning 70 years ago. The Road Rally program continues to this day with a National Championship that culminates with the annual United States Road Rally Challenge event No matter which type of racing program you choose to target, developing a contingency program with SCCA guarantees companies like yours the opportunity to reach our racers thousands of key decision makers on the track and within their own communities.

SCCA Road Racing In 2018, SCCA Road Racing offers two program levels Regional Racing (entry level) and the U.S. Majors Tour (championship level): SCCA Regional Racing Whether a driver s aspirations are to climb to the highest of heights, to simply enjoy the spirited competition of the weekend warrior or someplace in between, SCCA s Regional Racing program offers diverse opportunities north to south, coast to coast. Structured to get people out on America s racetracks to experience wheel-to-wheel racing, the Regional program includes more than 200 events with a variety of classes to fit just about any car a racing enthusiast can dream up. U.S. Majors Tour The U.S. Majors Tour is the pinnacle of championship racing for the best amateur racers in North America. Split into five geographic conferences hosting a total of 30-32 event weekends nationwide (60-64 races total), competition-craving drivers now have a more defined path to the biggest and most competitive event, the SCCA National Championship Runoffs. The best drivers within a day s tow will be at these top events, meaning a driver will know where he or she stands against the competition all season long. More importantly, each of the six conferences will reward drivers in the 27 Runoffs-eligible classes with Conference Championships. It s a championship that every driver, regardless of division or class, will be able to take pride in. Within the U.S. Majors Tour, we highlight 10 events known as the Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA Super Tour. These events take place at premier tracks across the United States and offer a heightened experience for both competitors and race fans. Hoosier SCCA Super Tour events include added event elements including segmented live timing and scoring, static cameras broadcasting on-track action, a Super Tour Radio presented by Hoosier Racing Tire team of announcers and dedicated staffing. In additional to Conference Championships, Hoosier SCCA Super Tour drivers also earn points toward the Hoosier Super Tour Points Championship and only results from those 11 events count in the Hoosier SCCA Points Championship. PARTICIPANT REACH: Regional events average more than 80 entrants, while U.S. Majors Tour events average nearly 200, totaling up to 1,000 drivers and crew members per event. MEDIA REACH: Print SportsCar, Grassroots Motorsports, AutoWeek Web scca.com, racer.com, motorsport.com, theracinginsiders.com, goracingtv.com, speedcasttv.com, eformulacarnews.com, nationalspeedsportnews.com, jalopnik.com and various SCCA Regional websites. POSTING GUIDELINES: Awards may be posted for any number of classes, but must be posted for the entire season. The following minimum posted award amounts are in effect: $150 minimum value per class if posting for all classes. $250 minimum value per class if posting for specific classes. 2018 ROAD RACING SCHEDULE: The official schedule will be available on our website: www.scca.com.

SCCA National Championship Runoffs SCCA National Championship Runoffs is the Pinnacle of American Motorsports, determining the National Champions in 27 classes of SCCA Road Racing. Often the starting point for many future stars of road racing, the Runoffs has been named One of the Top Ten Events in Motorsports by Car & Driver and an institution by Edmunds. This Olympics of amateur motorsports delivers four days of qualifying followed by three days of non-stop racing and intense competition. Since 2009, all the SCCA National Championship Runoffs races have been streamed live, with individual races hosted On Demand in perpetuity. This very successful arrangement will continue to bring all the races live to the masses in 2018 on www.scca.com so fans can view their favorite races from anywhere. The SCCA National Championship Runoffs in 2018 will be held at Sonoma Raceway, October 16 through 21. The event is on an annual rotation of venues that has included Road America, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, Daytona International Speedway, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway in successive years. SCCA Road Racing Super Sweep Award The SCCA Road Racing Super Sweep is the most difficult accomplishment an SCCA Road Racing driver can achieve. To earn the prestigious SCCA Super Sweep, a driver must win a Majors Conference Championship, the Hoosier Super Tour points championship and the SCCA National Championship Runoffs, all in the same class in the same season. PARTICIPANT REACH: This event attracts, on average, more than 600 entrants and 450 volunteer workers. With crew members, event participant totals reach more than 3,000. The 2017 SCCA Runoffs attracted a record 969 drivers! SPECTATOR REACH: Estimated three-day non-participant attendance of 15,000. SCCA Solo Solo drivers battle the course and the clock, attempting to surpass the fastest time with split-second car control. The SCCA s take on autocross demands peak concentration, emphasizing handling and driver precision. Solo competition has been the grassroots of motorsports activities for over 45 years, providing an accessible experience for the casual competitor, championship caliber events for serious competitors and has served as the breeding ground for many top road racing professionals. There are no barriers to entry, no special license required, no race cars to build, just show up and take your shot. Solo makes participation easy and is the largest segment of SCCA amateur competition. With a class for almost every kind of car and preparation level, Solo events attract those just bitten by the motorsports bug and continue to deliver the rush to long-time competitors. Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Tour The Tire Rack Solo National Tour takes Nationals on the road to various locations around the country with up to 15 events managed by SCCA s national staff. These events average more than 225 drivers from a wide geographical area, with most of the competitors coming from nearby states. These drivers come together to get a taste of the championship experience of competition and camaraderie as these events are presented in a format similar to that found in Lincoln, Neb., at the National Championship event. Eight of the 14 scheduled 2018 Tire Rack Solo National Tour events are designated as Championship Tours. Six Match Tours, featuring Sunday Challenge Rounds similar to ProSolo style competition, will make up the remaining National Tour events. Winning one of these Tour events puts competitors one step closer to a being ready for the National Championships. PARTICIPANT REACH: Each Tour event averages more than 225 competitors, plus family and crew. MEDIA REACH: Print SportsCar, Grassroots Motorsports, North American Pylon Web scca.com, racer.com, motorsport.com, nationalspeedsportnews.com and various SCCA Regional websites POSTING GUIDELINES: Awards may be posted for any number of classes, but must be posted for the entire season. The following minimum posted award amounts are in effect: $150 minimum value per class if posting for all classes. $250 minimum value per class if posting for specific classes. 2018 TIRE RACK SCCA SOLO NATIONAL TOUR SCHEDULE: The official schedule, consisting of approximately 14 events will be available on our web site: www.scca.com.

Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Championships The Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Championships is the culmination of the yearlong SCCA Championship Road To Lincoln. Competing in the Nationals is one thing, but winning puts a driver in rare company of champions. Never is a 60-second run more important than at the Lincoln Airpark in September. The 46 th Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Championships will be held September 5 8. Last year, more than 1,300 drivers (a new event record!) traveled to the center of the United States to create the world s largest motorsports competition, party with their friends, and expand the Solo community. SCCA Solo Triad Award Solo Nationals also wraps up the SCCA Solo Triad Award competition for the year. The Solo Triad rewards the exceptional achievement of winning a Match Tour event and a Championship Tour event (or two Championship Tour events) as well as the Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Championships in the same class (minimum class size applies). Despite 1,300 entries at Nationals and several thousand participating along the SCCA Championship Road to Lincoln, less than a dozen drivers each year are able to achieve this honor. Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Championships PARTICIPANT REACH: Event attracts over 1,300 entrants, and in total more than 2,500 drivers, crew and family. MEDIA REACH: Print SportsCar, Grassroots Motorsports, Sport Compact Car, Road & Track, Performance Racing News Web scca.com, motorsport.com, racer.com, nationalspeedsportnews.com and various SCCA Regional websites POSTING GUIDELINES: Awards may be posted for any number of classes, but must be posted for the entire season. The following minimum posted award amounts are in effect: $100 value per class if posting for all classes. $150 value per class if posting for specific classes. 2018 TIRE RACK SCCA SOLO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS SCHEDULE: The Tire Rack SCCA Solo National Championships will be September 5 8 at Lincoln Airpark in Lincoln, Neb. The official schedule will be available on our website: www.scca.com

Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo National Series SCCA ProSolo, The Premier Autocross Challenge is a 10-11 event series run at various locations across the country that is managed and administered by the SCCA National staff. The events combine the best of drag racing a Christmas tree standing start and side-by-side competition, with top features of autocrossing tight and twisty mirror image courses designed to test both the car and driver. A large majority of the vehicles competing are current models in Street, Street R, Street Touring, Street Prepared or Street Modified classes, making this an ideal venue for showcasing the latest in technology for the tuner market. In addition, the Classic American Muscle Cars using current technology are featured in the CAM classes. The number of classes are condensed from the National Tour program to 24 Open category classes and four Ladies classes, as well as two Formula Junior classes. The Tire Rack ProSolo National Series provides opportunities and excitement for every level of Solo competitor. From the casual competitor that wants the thrill of racing against their buddy from a drag start, to the national level competitor wanting to run a limited series, to the accomplished competitor looking for the ultimate challenge, the ProSolo Championship Series has something for every Soloist. While every ProSolo event crowns individual class winners en route to a year-end champion, each event concludes with Super Challenge and Ladies Challenge components that pit the fastest competitors from each class against one another in bracket-style, head-to-head elimination runs to determine the Top Eliminator at each event. Additionally, ProSolo is adaptable to include special elements such as a Tuner Challenge, Perfect Reaction Time and a Bonus Challenge. PARTICIPANT REACH: Each event averages more than 225 competitors, plus family and crew. Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo National Series MEDIA REACH: Print SportsCar, Grassroots Motorsports, Performance Racing News Web scca.com, racer.com, and others POSTING GUIDELINES: Awards may be posted for any number of classes, but must be posted for the entire season. The following minimum posting amounts are in effect: $100 value per class if posting for all classes. $150 value per class if program is for specific classes. 2018 TIRE RACK SCCA PROSOLO NATIONAL SERIES SCHEDULE: The official schedule, consisting of 10-11 events, will be available on our web site: www.scca.com.

SCCA RallyCross National Challenge & Championship RallyCross is a widespread and readily accessible form of extreme dirt motorsport conducted by the Sports Car Club of America. Imagine a scaled down version of a rally stage laid out on a nonpaved plot of land where the course is delineated by traffic cones instead of trees or rocks. SCCA RallyCross delivers purebred sports car action without the asphalt. These unique events require the nerve to fly through pylons on flat courses over everything from dirt and mud to snow and ice. RallyCross is the most cost-effective way to gauge a driver's interest and aptitude for "doing it in the dirt." The ten RallyCross classes categorize cars according to the number and location of driven wheels and preparation level, including the type of tires mounted. Unlike Solo, a similar competition staged on paved surfaces, where an entrant's ranking is based on the single fastest run, RallyCross competitions are judged on the total of multiple runs. The RallyCross National Challenge program has three Challenge events spread across the that takes the RallyCross Championship experience in the road. These Challenge events will be at premier RallyCross sites drawing competitors from that portion of the country in preparation for the National Championship. The RallyCross National season concludes with the winner take all RallyCross National Championships held in October. The top RallyCross drivers from across the country come together at a centralized premier site to determine who is best at mastering the difficult elements of SCCA RallyCross. PARTICIPANT REACH: This series averages 50 70 competitors per Challenge event and over 100 for the National Championship, plus family and crew. MEDIA REACH: Print SportsCar, Grassroots Motorsports Web scca.com and various region websites POSTING GUIDELINES: Awards may be posted for any number of classes, but must be posted for the entire season. The following minimum posting amounts are in effect: $100 value per class if posting for all classes. $150 value per class if posting for specific classes. 2018 RALLYCROSS NATIONAL SCHEDULE: The official schedule, consisting of three National Challenge events and a National Championship event, will be available on our web site: www.scca.com.
