Accounts Border Safety Asset Plans IPad Setup Delegate 13/261 WALDE: That the accounts to July 4, 2013 be authorized for payment and that a list of cheques numbered 16090 to 16171 inclusive and EFT payroll deposits totaling $898,559.95 be annexed to and form a part of these minutes. 13/262 LAMB: That the RM of Manitou Lake No. 442 contract Border Safety Systems of Lloydminster to complete a safety program at an estimated cost of $4875 plus taxes. 13/263 LAMB: That the RM of Manitou Lake No. 442 contract Vemax Management to complete Asset Management Plans for 14 miles of surface roads and 30 miles of heavy haul high volume roads at an estimated cost of $8500 plus taxes. 13/264 WALDE: That RM of Manitou Lake No. 442 contract Doug Park to set up the Ipads. Les Stourac (Foreman) discussed with Council: - First mower cut is being done - Rhinosnot dust control will be applied beginning on July 15 - Jean is on holidays next week - Cunningham Hill is done. ALH will move to the Mennonite Road next Line Paint Pavement 13/266 LAMB: That the RM of Manitou Lake No. 442 contract the Department of Highways to paint lines on all the paved roads. Culverts 13/267 LAMB: That 12 additional culverts be installed on Range Road 3265 between Highway 40 and Township Road 460 to improve water flow. Culvert Markers Picker Truck Tender Flat Deck 13/268 LAMB: That the RM order 100 culvert markers from Armtec at a cost of $27.50 each plus taxes. 13/269 WALDE: That the RM of Manitou Lake purchase a 2007 1 ton 4*4 used picker truck from Pipemaster Oilfield Services at a cost of $14,000 plus tax. 13/270 CZERNIAK: That the RM of Manitou Lake take offers on the 1993 Ford 1 ton flat deck truck with lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted with tenders to be in by 4 pm on August 7 th. Subdivision 13/271 LAMB: That the subdivision application by Leonard and Roxanne 13-46-27-3 Booth to subdivide a 10 acre residential parcel on the SE 13-46-27- W3M be approved with the condition that approval to construct an approach must be requested from the RM Council, and that Community Planning be advised that there is an Intensive Livestock Operation being developed on the NE 13-46-27-W3M adjacent to the SE quarter.
