STUFF THE BUS TEAM COMPETITION Grab your friends and team up for some friendly competition! Starting July 10 through August 11 employees can form teams in a race to donate the most Stuffed Backpacks! COMPETITION DETAILS: Teams can have a maximum of 15 members. The competition runs July 10 through August 11. The winning team will be announced on August 25. The team with the most stuffed backpacks wins a team lunch! July 10 the competition goes live! The EC is looking for at least 4 volunteers to be team captains to kick-start the competition. Employees can start new teams or be added to existing teams up until July 24. Team rosters must be updated and submitted to the EC to be official. (Teams must have between 3 to 15 members to participate.) Start contributing and aim to win the number one spot! Team totals are accumulated in the number of stuffed backpacks brought in by team members, so be sure to keep track of who brings in what. Standings will be updated on Friday of each week. Be sure to keep track of your team's progress. COMPETITION RULES: 1. All contributions must be dropped off at the HR department and reported to Sarah Brower to be counted; if contributions are not reported to the EC, it will not go towards the team collection. 2. Contributions made prior to an individual joining a team will not be counted towards the team's total. *** Please remember that when donating items to stuff the backpack, the packaged quantity size needs to be "full" sized in order to be counted as a fully stuffed bag.
The Grand Prize Drawing will be held at ARGO s Annual Holiday Party on Friday, December 8 th. Anyone who has donated at any point during the campaign will be entered to win.
