Date & Time: Saturday, 1st July 2017 9:00 21:00 2. Venue: Todoroki Sub Arena 1-3 Todoroki Nakahara-ku Kawasaki-shi 211-0052 3. Organiser: Japan Ballroom Dance Federation International/ Japan Ballroom Dance Council 4 Officially Recognized by National Dance Council for Japan (NDCJ/WDC) Cooperate with East - Japan Ballroom Dance Federation 5. Competition Details: (1) Japan Dance Grand Prix: For both sections (Standard and Latin), couples will be required to compete in all 5 dances from the Quarter-final. Competition will start from Latin section. (We cannot accept entry application from both sections of Main competition. We can accept entry application from Rising Star and Main competition.) 1/7
(2) Professional Rising Star Dance Competition For both sections (Standard and Latin), couples will be required to compete in 2 dances in qualifying heets, 4 dances from the semi-final. (We cannot accept entry application from both sections of Rising Star. We can accept entry application from Rising Star and Main competition.) (3) JDG Amature Dance Competition For both sections (Standard and Latin), couples will be required to compete in 2 dances in qualifying heets, 4 dances from the semi-final. Japan Dance Gramprix qualify to All Japan VALQUA Cup Competition (within the limits of JBDC) JDG Rising Star Finalist acquire seed for next year. 6. Demotion regulations We settle this Japan Dance Grand Prix as regulations for demotion equally to international series. 7. Entry (1) JDG Open to the world (2) Dancers ranking under the best 24 of All Japan VALQUA Cup Competition 2016 can entry to JDG Rising Star Section.(Dancers who has no seed to All Japan VALQUA Cup Competition can enty.) About a health care and an unexpected accident 1. We hope about the health care on that day of the rally in the self-responsibility including the time of participation at the competition venue. The doctor or the nurse is disposed to deal with an unexpected accident and the system that initial stage of treatment can be provided during the competition. 2. The others covered by nonlife insurance. 10. Honour Dance The couples who win the first prize of Grand Prix will be required to perform Honour Dance in a specified dance. 11. Portrait Rights The organizer will reserve all the portrait rights of the competitors and reserve all the rights to any reproductions of any scene of the events in any form. 12. Judging 1) Grand Prix: The panel of adjudicators for Grand Prix Professional will consist of nine adjudicators (Three WDC/oversea adjudicators, Two JDC adjudicators Two JCF adjudicators and Two JBDFadjudicators). 2) Professional Rising Star ; Grand Prix: The panel of adjudicators for GrandPrix Professional will consist of seven JBDF adjudicators. 3) JDG Amature Competition; The panel of adjudicators for Amature competition will consist of seven JBDF adjudicators. 3/7

Entry Fees 14.Entry 1) Grand Prix: 6,000 for one section (Standard or Latin) with WDC registrations the others 7,000 or 11,000 with no registrations of NDCJ 2) Professional Rising Star: 6,000 for one section (Standard or Latin) with WDC registrations the others 7,000 or 11,000 with no registrations of NDCJ We will limit the number of aplication of JDC,JCF up to 24 coupls each. 1) The closing date for entries is Saturday, 3 rd June 2017. The exemptions only apply to the same partnership as existed in the aforesaid ranking or event, and not to the competitors individually. The semi-final prizewinner of three big competitions in Britain participates from the final qualifier as a seeded competitor. 2)The couples who danced the Final Round of the Rising Star 2016 will be seeded 16.
