Hi all! I heard we had a great day and turn out for the Bike Blessing. Sorry I missed it, but I had a great time in Florida with my wife. Ride Safe have Fun see you all down the road. Kevin Klee What a Beautiful day for a blessing! Summer begins ~ LET S RIDE! 3

Minutes with STU June is here and we are in a good riding season so far. May had some great rides, and so far June looks good also. We had our Blessing of the Bikes where the weather held out and the turnout was great. We had a special guest rider, the Regional Manager of H.O.G. Thor. We also had a great turn out for our annual Memorial ride, the weather was iffy but we had a great time. I led a stamp book ride to the Junction Pub in beautiful Milton Wi. It was a nice ride and a good time. Paul Steffensen led a memorial ride to several cemeteries for Memorial Day. Once again we had a spot at Chocolate Fest to sell tickets, and Randy Cook rode a Street Glide out to help sell tickets. Thank you to Randy and all the other volunteers for your help in selling tickets! We were told we had good sales. Once again, we will be raffling off a new motorcycle - a 2015 Street Glide Special. There will be 8500 tickets raffled off in honor of UKE S 85 years in business this year. The raffle tickets have a picture of the bike on them, and ticket prices are $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00. We need to sell A LOT of tickets, so if you did not receive a packet please pick some up at the front counter at UKE S. Once you have filled a packet, please return the money and tickets in the envelope to either me or to the counter at UKE s. Gym Fry talked about upcoming rides. He mentioned there will be a list of all the upcoming rides you can choose from. We encourage all Chapter members to sign up so that the Road Captains will have an estimated head count and can plan for these events. Even if you are not sure it will be better to have an open seat than not enough seats, if we make reservation at a food stop. I will also be leading my Hog & Steer BBQ ride; we will take a ride to Oconomowoc Wi for a BBQ contest where delicious BBQ will be sampled and then voted on. I will be handing out prizes. Tickets are $10.00 for entry plate and a drink. $15.00 for entry, plate drink and a tee shirt. You can order tickets on line or at the door. Last year was our first year at this event and we had a great time. Hope to see you there! Web site for tickets Get your tickets at https://hogandsteer2015.eventbrite.com I have started up Kenosha Hog Chapter Facebook again. Please like us and we will be posting pictures and events on there. 6 The U.S. Army was founded on 14 June 1775, when the Continental Congress authorized enlistment of riflemen to serve the United Colonies for one year.

After talking to Thor at the meeting on Sunday he put me in contact with someone at Norscot. I have good news (too late for the guys though). We do NOT have to order 24 of each color for our T-shirts. At the next meeting I will have pictures of the 2 ladies shirts we can order and the colors we can choose from. As long as we have 24 we can get what we want! Sweet huh? Everyone please check with Stuart about ticket sales. He is on top of that. Have a wonderful month. Thanks! Brenda Thompson Hi everyone, I just want to remind anyone that hasn't taken the survey we put out, that it is still available and we are still interested in your feedback. We have had some very valuable information already that will be discussed in the road captain meetings. Here is the link, in case you missed the e-mail: http://goo.gl/tth28o Remember, this is your chapter, help us make it something better for everyone. You also have the ability of doing this anonymously (if you don't want to be contacted by Gym Fry and don't put your contact information in, it will be anonymous. This survey will also be available at the June chapter meeting. I also know that Gym would love to hear from people that have ideas for rides or ideas for making the rides more fun. We may not be able to incorporate every idea, but we'll do our best to at least evaluate what we can and can't do with what we have available to us. Any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me, another board member, or Gym Fry. Ride on! Brian Hawver Dear Members, Our weekend in Baraboo came together very nicely once again, with everyone arriving safely and sharing the ride with friends new and old! Threatening weather cut the day short on Sunday, so I think only a few went to the Farm for breakfast. Maybe we can make an early ride up there another weekend this season. Special thanks to everyone who made it to the event, and to the volunteers who made it possible, including Kevin Klee, Paul Steffensen and Sharon Welsh, George Borst, Bob Clampit, Brian Hawver, John Tierney, Tom and Dee Hebert, and Wanda Mensching, who brought me a copy of the names of our late members. If I've missed your name, I apologize, and please bring it to my attention. Randy Cook Director, Kenosha HOG Chapter 7
