Bainbridge Island FC Select Program U11 14 Parent Information Guide (birth year 2004 2007) 2017-2018 Season (June 2017 beginning of February 2018) Season Fee: $1,225 (Summer, Fall, State Cup) Fee covers: Paid coach Tournament Fee summer and/or state cup Registration fee Referee fees Insurance League and scheduling fees Field usage fee, including BHS stadium usage fee Field maintenance and equipment Scholarships & awards Administrative & other expenses (e.g. communication, sanicans, storage, mailings & PO Box, office, supplies, advertising, brochures etc.) Goalkeeping training Portion of pay to Director of Coaching and Technical Director After your child has been selected and accepted to a team your account will be billed the season fee. Payment Method Whether you choose to pay in full or opt for a payment plan, payment or 1 st payment has to be made by June 1 st, 2017. Credit card to pay by credit card you will need to login to your member account to pay online. Please note that there will be a service fee if you use credit card for payment plan. Check please send 5 post-dated checks (with 1 st check $275 due on 6/1/2017 and four equal payment ($237.5) checks for the remaining balance that are dated on the 5 th of each month starting July) to BIFC, P.O. Team Fee (collected by the team manager) Team related expense fee varies by team, which includes paid coach s travel expenses for summer tournaments and other team related expenses, such as first aid kit, team bench, tent, equipment etc. Coach s travel expenses for summer tournaments include: Accommodations when team decides to play out of town tournaments, and accommodation is required, team is responsible for paying a single room for the coach for the duration of the tournament. Meal breakfast only. This only applies to out of town tournament and when an accommodation is required. Please note that, the team fee should be divided up by number of players on the team, and collected and operated by the team. Registration Fee Refund Policy A $100 fee (per player) will be deducted from all registration refunds if request is made on or before June 30. A $220 fee (per player) will be deducted from all registration refunds if request is made on or before July 31. After July 31, the refund amount will be determined by individual cases. Injury Release Policy If a player becomes injured participating in a Washington Youth Soccer sanctioned event during the season, the player is insured under secondary insurance via Washington Youth Soccer. Uniform If you are a returning player and have purchased our Nike uniform in 2015 or 2016, then there is no need to purchase the uniform again. All new players are required to purchase a complete uniform kit. The cost of kit is approximately $185-$250. The uniform kit includes: 2 jerseys blue & white 2 pairs of shorts blue 2 pairs of socks blue 1 warm up jacket 1 warm up pants 1 team duffel bag or backpack Assigned jersey number: Uniform Set: Blue Jersey White Jersey Shorts Socks Jacket Pants Duffle Bag Backpack For new players, you will receive your assigned jersey number and ordering instruction in May. Volunteer/Fundraiser Obligations BIFC is a volunteer-based organization and each member is obligated to a 6-hour volunteer commitment to BIFC. Please review the following options available for volunteer time and mark the ones that interest you.
