Become a part of the New Tiger Spirit at St. Teresa!! Tigerettes:. We welcome those in Grades Pre-K through 4 th Grade to join the Tigerettes. Tigerettes bring spirit to the St. Teresa Tigers Basketball teams, pep rallys and assemblies. They will have spirit uniforms, pom-pons and will help encourage spirit during the game and at half time Black and Gold Crew Boys and Girls who are NOT St. Teresa Basketball Team Members of all grades are welcome to participate in the Black and Gold Crew. Black and Gold Crew will bring the energy and hype at the Basketball games, pep rallys and assemblies. They will wear a Black and Gold Crew T-Shirt and Black Sweatpants and will sit in their special Black and Gold Crew section. They will get the crowd going before and during the games. The crew will toss Tiger Spirit items into the Tiger Fan audience. One special Black and Gold Crew member might even have the chance to wear our Toby the Tiger mascot costume for the games. Black and Gold face paint is definitely an option for those Crew Members who want to show their Black and Gold spirit. They will meet once or twice a month during lunch recess to make posters and to organize their plan for bringing Tiger Spirit to the basketball games scheduled that month. 2016 Summer Tigerette Camp Monday June 27 th, Tuesday June 28 th and Wednesday June 29 th St. Teresa Catholic School Gym 9:00-10:30 Pre-K 9:00-11:30 K-4 th Grade During the camp you will: Learn some of the new cheers for the 2016-17 Season Cheer Crafts Snack Cheer team building and leadership games Learn Cheer technique Will learn half time dance routine Will learn 2016-17 Parade Routine Cost of the camp is $20.00 for the three day camp. The cost includes a cheer camp T-shirt, daily snack and craft supplies. Any funds raised from the camp will go into the Tigerette account for the 2016-17 season. Volunteers are welcome to help out! 2016-17 Volunteer Opportunities Coaches: We are looking for a couple of volunteers to help with coaching at the games. We also welcome help at the practices. Please let us know if you are interested in helping out as a Tigerette Coach in any way you can. Snack Coordinator: We are looking for someone to organize the snack leaders for each of the games. Communications: We are looking for someone to coordinate a communications phone tree. There were many cancelled and rescheduled games last season. We need a system in which everyone could be notified quickly. End of the Year Celebration Committee: We are looking for volunteers to help plan and organize the end of the year celebration. Pack the House Volunteers: We would like volunteers to help out during our two Pack the House Nights. Helping out at one or both nights would be a big help. Photos: We are always looking for photos. Please send any photos our way to add to the school website and newsletters. Parade Volunteers: We always need 2 volunteers to carry the banner at our two parades: Shriners Parade and Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade. Walkers are also needed at all parades.
