* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * CODE OF BEHAVIOUR: * No interfering in the running of the school will be tolerated. * All students are to be ready for class at the scheduled time. * Correct dance clothing and shoes are to be worn at all times. * No food or drink is to be brought into the studio. * Parents, please do not interrupt teachers during classes. * Only participating students are allowed into the studio. * Please clearly label all belongings. * Students are to be collected from the reception area ON TIME by a parent or guardian. * Parents, please refrain from entering the studio at all times, except for parent watch week. * Any queries, questions or concerns are to be directed to Mrs Jodie Bell. DUTY OF CARE: All care is taken for the students but no responsibility is accepted for accidents or injuries sustained in the studio, at competitions, concerts and/or other performances. ** PLEASE NOTE ALL DANCERS DANCE AT THEIR OWN RISK ** WATCHING CLASSES: We advise that parents cannot watch classes and must wait outside for students. Please do not be offended if you are asked to wait outside. Parents are welcome to watch the progress of their children during the last week of each term Parent Watch Week. INFORMATION: It is the parents responsibility to regularly check the notice board as all important information will be displayed on it. Please read all notes before asking questions as most of your answers will be in the notices. If you have any questions or queries, you are advised to email your concerns as this is the quickest way. Please note we are a dance school not a day care service. Please remember you are required to drop off no more than 5 minutes before scheduled class and pick up on time! CAR PARK: Please be courteous when parking and do not park in Chicken Treat car bays. As a result of past behaviour Chicken Treat have advised parking fines will be issued. PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE ALL NOW BEEN WARNED! Students should not wait or play in the car park and we take no responsibility for students or other children in the car park. Please make sure students are dropped off and picked up on time to avoid this. Please note you are responsible for your child whilst in the car park. COPYRIGHT: All routines (solos, duos, trios and troupes) remain the copyright of Impact Dance Factory and the choreographers. All troupe and show costumes remain the copyright of Impact Dance Factory. All music, cut and uncut, remains the copyright of Impact Dance Factory under APRA License laws. Private Lessons 15 minute lesson $15.00 30 minute lesson $30.00 Duo/Trio lesson (per student) $8.00 All solos, duos and trios will be kept for a period of two years. This is set in place by the teachers in order to enable students to perfect routines. A new routine may be issued if the teacher feels it becomes necessary. In previous years teachers have written out routines for the students. As of this year all routines must be videoed upon completion. This will eliminate students misplacing their papers and routines having to be re-choreographed. * ENROLMENT & COMMENCEMENT * Please make sure your enrolment form is signed and your $40.00 registration fee has been paid to cover insurance, administration and music license costs. Students will be unable to commence classes until this has been paid. * UNIFORMS * Impact Dance Factory uniform colours are Purple, Black and White. It is not compulsory to wear these colours but it is recommended. Any student performing at competitions and/or floorshows will be required to wear their uniform. Uniformed coloured dance wear can be purchased at Dance and Design in Joondalup or Sequin City in Wangara. The IDF tracksuit is available for purchase at the studio.
